Walking into this updated, newly furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath/1615 sf home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy family room with 75 in smart TV and comfortable dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. There are two additional bedrooms, which sleep an additional 4 guests, with a queen and twin bunks. The back yard boasts a large patio with an outdoor dining area, and furniture perfect for relaxing including 2 loungers and 2 additional patio chairs out by the large sparkling pool. This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

There are plenty of towels, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.
