Thank you Paul for your honest but not totally true words. I do believe this stay was as stressful for myself as it was for you. I try to make myself as available as needed for my guests and provide you with my phone number if there is anything you need, I encourage all my guests to call/text. But I noticed you preferred to yell at me through the camera. As clearly stated in the house description, there are cameras for security purpose. They are monitored on a as needed basis to keep our property safe. I would suggest you only book with hosts that have no cameras in the future. Through out your stay you broke rules and brought a dog without disclosing having a pet. On the 2nd day of your stay, our neighbor was very upset saying you allowed your dog to relieve its self on their lawn without picking it up. This is reasons for any host to monitor the property with a little more attention. A disgruntled neighbor can shut us down with complaints about our guests. During your stay our pool guy and property manager came by to clean the pool and pull weeds in the front yard. This was communicated to you as well as being in the house description, this is a house that needs weekly maintenance. The pool is heated. The guest before you turned the temperature down without my knowledge, when you notified me I had the pool guy take care of the problem. My 1st rule is "no parties or events - no extra people in the house without permission". Which you broke 3x. Thank you for letting me know about the cleanliness of the house, I will talk to my housekeeper. Before you, I had no complaints with a 5 star rating.
