Great experience with the host and property! Plenty of space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for cooking. We took full advantage of the pool everyday. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean!

The host was very attentive and easy to work with. The property was top notch and exactly how it was described. Make sure you look in the laundry room before heading to the beach, we didn't even notice all the great stuff we could have used. This is definitely a place we would happily stay at again.

Very clean house and pool! Had everything we needed! We cooked a lot with no problems. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Great space for our family. Really enjoyed the outside porch and pool area! Highly recommend this place.

Our family of 7 found this house to be a perfect place to enjoy our spring break get away. The pool was wonderful and everyone had enough space. The location was great, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Our communication with the host was great from start to finish. We look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful stay! Everything about the house was as described. Tram was an amazing host - very accommodating of all of our requests. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home. Felt like I was at home here. Tram was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. House was clean and plenty of room. Pool was so nice to have right here. Got groceries and a few things we needed for our upcoming cruise and didn’t need to leave anymore. Well stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Has the Kcup coffee pot and regular coffee pot which was so nice. Safe neighborhood and quiet out here. All the stores and restaurants are super close. We didn’t go to the beach so not sure how far that is. Great place for someone with small kids. There’s not breakables all over and fancy things to tear up. Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be renting again for our next family cruise. There’s 7 of us teens and adults and it has been plenty of room for all of us. The 3 bathrooms have come in handy too. Thanks Tram and family for a great stay.

Hurricane Milton

Stayed here right after hurricane Milton hit. Everything was as good as advertise. We didn’t get to utilize the pool or anything because of us having a softball tournament at the space Coast classic. Communication with Tram was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, great amenities

From beginning the end, our stay at this home was great. The home had plenty of space for our group to hang out and retreat. The screened in patio was a perfect place to get a break from the sun during the day and to hang out after a long day in the sun. This home had the best selection of pool toys and beach accessories- it made our trip. The owner provided us with great communication from booking to departure. The home was secure. The neighborhood was quite but close to anytjing we needed. We would absolutley stay in this home again!

AMAZING STAY

The owner of the house is beyond amazing. Every question or concern i had she responed to super fast. (We unfortunately stayed while a hurricane was coming). She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare for the hurricane. The house was stunning. The children absolutely loved the pool..if i could give more than 5 stars i would. ☺️
