Large Family Home for 16! Views & Walk to Beach!

Enjoy this paradise of a home in the sought-after Riviera Drive, one block away from the water at the beautiful Mission Bay, or hop in the car and drive 5 minutes down the street to San Diego's most famous beach. If you're not feeling the water, relax at home on one of our FOUR decks that have corn-hole, fire-pits, couches to lounge in, and much more. With enough beds to accommodate 16 people, you can book one house and be ready to enjoy San Diego!

Enjoy our spacious 2,150 square foot house in walking distance to Mission Bay, the beach, and every popular bar in town.
Once inside, you'll enter to see a living room with a couch big enough for the whole group in front of a 65' HD TV perfect for playing movies and shows when you aren't outside (HBO and Netflix included).

Downstairs living accommodations:
In the downstairs, you will have three bedrooms to access. One bed has a full mattress with French doors that open into the light of the front yard to watch the morning sun. In our next bedroom, we have a queen bed with a mirrored alcove perfect for make-up or getting ready before you go out. These two bedrooms both can access a full bathroom with a shower and a tub (if you have small children the tub here will be great for bath time!). In our third bedroom, we have a queen bed and a private bathroom, along with a walk-in closet. If you like to read, we have a cushioned alcove next to a bookshelf to enjoy your morning coffee and book.

Kitchen: From the downstairs, you will walk up three stairs to reach the kitchen.
You'll see the beautiful countertops and peninsula that has five barstools to allow for easy seating for lunch or dinner. Right behind that is another smaller kitchen table that can sit four-six more people, usually allowing for the whole group to eat inside if you wish.
We tried to think of everything, so the kitchen comes equipped with a large fridge, stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, cutting boards, and most utensils needed to cook a full meal!

First Level Deck:
This house has four separate decks, and they are some of the major highlights of the place, and you will quickly see why. This deck has an incredible outdoor seating area that comfortably sits 8. It's covered under a beautiful tarp system so you can enjoy the outdoor warmth without the sun blazing on your neck. If you're looking to grill up and cook out utilize our four-burner Expert gas grill. Also enjoy the flower wall to relax while you eat (the description can't do it justice, so check the photos for reference!)

Upstairs:
Master Bedroom-
In the master enjoy your own queen bed, HD Smart TV, Full bathroom, AND your own private coffee bar and deck. For whoever gets lucky enough to stay in the master this will probably be your favorite part of staying with us. We have a coffee machine specifically for this room on a timer that you can set so you can wake up to a fresh pot of coffee and enjoy it on your own private balcony overlooking the Pacific Beach. Better yet we have hanging chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee in the most comfortable seat you have ever had. There is no better way to relax and get away from kids, work, and life better than this. You will not want to miss this experience.

Bunk Bed Room:
This room will be a huge help for bigger parties or groups with kids. The bunk beds are twin's-over-full mattresses to easily accommodate 4-6 and under each bunk is a pull-out trundle twin bed as well, allowing the room to fit a total of 6-8 people depending on how many you want to fit in. This room comes with a full bathroom as well, and a reading alcove to sit and hang out at.

Second Level Deck:
This will be one of the favorite hang-out spots for the whole group. We have comfortable seating, corn toss, an umbrella to avoid the shade, and an incredible fire pit with ambient rope lighting to enjoy your nights in the summer drinking wine by the fire. This is where you will not want to leave and enjoy the day with the family here.

Top Deck:
Yes, there's one more! This space really tops the house off. Enjoy views of Mission Bay, slight views of the ocean, and all of Pacific Beach up on the top deck. This is a can't miss experience to be up here and enjoy the views and ocean breeze and to top off the seclusion you have at our property.

Guests have access to everything on the property including the front yard, and back deck. There is also a covered carport in the back that you have access to. This carport has a motion sensor light at night and a camera so you can feel safe. Parking in Pacific Beach can be hit or miss, so we recommend that the car that has the luggage in it parks here for easy access to the house, or you guys pull around back to the alleyway and unload there before going to find parking so that you don't have to walk with your luggage. Let us know if you need help with anything.

This is the most sought neighborhood in all of San Diego. You are literally "a stone's throw" away from Mission Bay, a 15 minute walk to get to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to get to the most popular bars in San Diego. The location can't be beat.

Getting around in Pacific Beach is up to you. People often walk because the location is very central and sometimes parking can be a hassle, but there are also Bird scooters all over the place and rentable bikes as well for easy access. We have a covered carport for you in the back of the unit away from the street that will fit one car, but we recommend finding parking nearby as well for your secondary cars.

Disclaimer: There is another property thats not attached to this house. That is for other residents. They have their own entrance and will not be involved in your booking. We will also show it to you and explain more when we give you the tour of the place :)
House Rules & Noise Policy
- This home sleeps a max of 16 guests. Any guests found to be over the occupancy will be evicted immediately without refund.

- This is a quiet family neighborhood that isn’t suited to parties or loud noise. If you’re looking to party, this is not the best home for you.

- We have a strict quiet hours of 10 PM with the understanding all guests will be inside and off the decks by 9:30 to ensure 10 PM quiet hours.

- To uphold our noise policy there is a noise monitor installed outside to register and send data for any inappropriately loud music.

- No music will be allowed after 10 PM

- Outside decks are off limits after 9:30 PM
