Enjoy the spectacular views from the balcony in this 1 bedroom privately owned condo in Ocean Forest Plaza in the Cabana Section in Myrtle Beach. It's away from the crowds but minutes from everything. This quiet residential section provides a family-friendly environment for relaxation without the crowds while being near the best golf, shopping, dining and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Relax on the private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean with spectacular views. This unit has central air conditioning, a 40" flat screen TV with cable. DVD player, WiFi and a full equipped kitchen including full-sized refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, stove and microwave, full size refrigerator and island. The bedroom that has 2 extra-long full-size beds and a vanity area with extra sink, blow dryer and mirror and access door to a roomy bathroom. A queen pull-out sofa in the living room offers sleeping space for additional quests. A coin operated laundry room is located on the 7th floor. The complex has an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and you walk across the street to beautiful white sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean! Very clean and thoughtfully appointed!

This unit if very thoughtfully appointed for your stay; there’s everything from an extra toothbrush to an extra battery for the remote just in case. Very clean and while the decor is a bit dated the tub is huge and amaaazing for a nice hot bath with plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend a stay here; the building, the location, and this unit make for a fantastic stay!

Ocean front with views for miles

Beautiful views from the 20th floor. This unit has everything you need. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and even allowed us a late checkout. Did I mention the views.

Beautiful and peaceful

Property was just as pictured. Extremely clean. The staff/security were amazing and kept everything pristine! Owner communication was very prompt! Elevators were quick! Parking with a large vehicle proved to be challenging but not impossible! 10/10 would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

3 night stay

Property looks exactly like pictures. Kitchen fully stock with all the appliances, cookware and dishes anyone could ever want to prepare meals away from home. Beach items i.e., umbrella, chair, toys, available for use. Additionally, games and puzzles available for indoor, non-beach time. Perfect view of the beach. Nice, quiet and peaceful section of Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this rental.

This was the perfect getaway!

Every part from finding the unit to checking out was perfect! Every time I had a question the owner responded super quick. When I wanted to add a day, the owner was ok with a middle of the week check out. The pictures are 100% acurate and the owner had the little things there already when needed. I confidently recommend this unit.

Could Have Been Better

Owner was awesome with communicating!! Place was clean and nice! A/C was out first night and into next morning super hot. Rental Car got keyed very bad in the parking garage which is coming out of my pocket……👎🏼👎🏼

The AC was out in the entire bldg overnight due to a power outage caused the day before by an auto accident. The unit was fixed as soon the part became available. We have security cameras throughout the bldg, including the parking garage. We advised the tenant to check with security and the bldg Mgr to review the footage and file a police report. We also checked with other owners and the bldg Mgr and they hadn't heard of that type of incident happening previously, so we're sorry it happened and appears an isolated incident.

Family stay in Myrtle Beach

Nice property, exactly as pictured. Few minor things, no tissues and only 1 roll of toilet paper. No lightbulb in refrigerator and bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Outside of that enjoyed our stay! The view is beautiful and close proximity to the beach. Also enjoyed the pool area and quick drive to many restaurants and shopping. Parking garage/situation is extremely tight and difficult to maneuver and park. We had minivan and we’re about to park in extended lot TG. Host was very responsive to all of my questions/inquiries. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Nice location, Superb ocean front view, Nice balcony

Things we liked - * Superb ocean front view from 20th floor. * Nice and big balcony where you can spend day and night without getting board. * Just cross the road and you will be on the beach. * Indoor and Outdoor swimming pool Things not that great/but okay to deal with - * Covered parking on multiple floor is challenging for long/big cars and mostly not allowed (drive and park on your own risk). Once you park, you will not feel like to take it out if you want to go and come quickly. Limited spot outside parking so busy days will be challenging. * Sofa bed springs are not that good so you may or may not get nice sleep depending on your sleeping habits Issue during our stay - * Door Lock code did not work and no one (owner) was picking up the call for more than 1 hour. Kids were superb frustrated after our long journey and wanted to get in somehow. Multiple calling to owner, texting, leaving voice messages; calling to VRBO did not help till 1 he 20 mins. So we were just outside the door. * Leaver of the inside lock was broken so opening the door from inside was an issue. It was fixed next day by maintenance guy. It was very unintentional and unfortunate but this initial experience was not that great but overall everything went well thereafter. Did not like - * Overpriced

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

The condo was exactly as described. Great, quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, short walk to the beach, and everything you could possibly need. When we arrived the place hadn’t been completely cleaned, but Pam was very responsive and got it taken care of. The biggest issue was the very tight parking deck and lack of parking for oversized vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
