Das Hauptbad bietet Granitoberflächen, Doppelwaschtische, eine große ebenerdige Dusche und Fliesenböden. Das zweite Zimmer bietet zwei Doppelbetten, das dritte Zimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten. Very nice

If your looking for a quiet and low traffic area and still not be to far from everything else this is perfect. Had a few minor issues they needed to be aware of and the owners were quick to respond. Highly recommend for a ocean front getaway

The location of the property is good, but the furniture inside is of very poor quality. The mattresses and bed sheets are low-quality, and the sleeper sofa was in such bad condition that it really should be thrown out.Additionally, none of the restrooms or bedrooms have locks. While I understand that one room might not have a lock for child safety reasons, having no locks in any of the rooms is not acceptable.We contacted maintenance, and they arrived promptly. The technician acknowledged that the property is furnished and maintained with low-quality products. We also shared our feedback with the property management, and they assured us that these issues would be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful. We didn't stay long so I can't attest to how well the kitchen was stocked. What I can say is it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rental team was responsive. The balcony furniture (different than pictured) was really nice and there was plenty of it. Beach access is super easy. ONLY negative in regards to the unit was the master shower had no hot water. I reached out to the rental team and notified them and am certain it's been addressed. Also, wish there was some type of restaurant/bar onsite but there is one within walking distance.

Overall very good. The master bed was not very comfortable and the condo could have been cleaned better. The bathroom vents make a constant noise, like water is dripping on tin. View is fantastic and location is Great.

The worst place

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was filthy!! It was very expensive and the worst place we have ever stayed. The pictures do not represent the unit. I took pictures of everything from dirty bedding, filthy carpets in every room, holes in the Sheetrock and broken patio furniture. DO NOT stay here! Oh, there was also old food under our sheets.

There was nothing written to us about the condo needing housekeeping attention or we would have sent someone up to take care of any issues you had. We did replace the patio furniture beause of the photos you sent us. We will inspect the condo carpet and have cleaned if needed.

Lineup of failures.

After finding a load of dirty dishes and broken sliding door in primary bedroom things got worse. Flood from upper unit caused the need for two industrial fans in my unit. Then maintenance decided to cut hole in ceiling without any notice. To top it off they did no clean up and left my belongings covered in drywall dust.

Great Location and Amenities, but Unit Needs Updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a convenient location with easy access in and out, and the pools and common areas were well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and overall the resort setup worked well for a family stay.The unit itself had several maintenance issues. The toilet handle was broken, the entrance door dampener fell off and had to be removed so we could enter properly, and the balcony door lock required repair. The dryer stopped working mid-stay, and the exhaust fan in the master bathroom was missing. Maintenance staff responded quickly and handled these issues efficiently.In terms of finishes, the floors appeared recently updated, but most of the unit reflected an older, original build. It featured plastic tub and shower surrounds, older fixtures, builder-grade cabinets, and a basic, generic refrigerator. While functional, these elements gave the space a dated feel compared to how it was represented.The resort has strong points, but this particular unit would benefit from updates to better align with guest expectations.The unit we stayed in, however, had several maintenance issues. The toilet handle was broken, the entrance door dampener fell off and had to be removed to allow proper access, and the balcony door lock was not functional until it was repaired. The dryer stopped working during our stay, and the exhaust fan in the master bathroom was missing.Maintenance staff responded promptly and addressed each issue as it came up, which was appreciated. The flooring appeared to have been recently updated, but the rest of the unit showed signs of age and wear. While the unit served its purpose, it may benefit from further updates to align with expectations set by the listing.
