Fyi- Our docks are installed early to late May and are removed early to mid October.

You're gonna love this place .....WE DO, and here's why.....

#1 - It's on the water!

..... When you turn the corner at first glance and you see the "Million dollar View", you're thinking ...yup... that's what i paid for! And man... it sure is worth it! That morning coffee with the birds-a-chirping or that evening cocktail in your Adirondack chair.
You are relaxed.


#2- You can bring your boat!

....OR rent one, we have a dock for (2) guest boats! "All aboard mate"


#3- It sleeps 16+ people!.... comfortably!

..... Split the cost with you & (2) other families ....now we're talking....inexpensive vacation at "The Lake House!" Heck YESSS!


#4- The shore line is a beach!

.....Yup; you heard that right, ...a beach! Sand. Sun. NO seed weed in the water...... it's magical!


#5- You can walk into town!

..... Picture this.... you had a few cocktails, and now your kids want ice cream! ...what do you do, Drive?....NOOOO. (Well, if you booked that other place far from town ...MAYBE) ...BUT you didn't!
..... Need more cocktail mix? or a burger? How about some firewood?
..... OR, you just looking for some hustle and bustle & a little people watching? Well ....ALL OF THAT is at your disposal..... and it should be! I mean... YOU ARE ON VACATION! How's the tune go..."It's you're worry free... philosophy... HAKUNA MATATA!"


#6- You're in the Adirondacks!

..... Everything is great here! And you know why right? .....It's peaceful! The VIEWS, the starry nights, the animals sounds, the foliage, the fresh air, the snow, but mostly, the slow pace...there's just no substitute.
..... Go hike 3.5 miles on "Crane Mountain, OR .....Hit up "Gull pond" and jump some cliffs... watch the sunset, or better yet, watch the sun rise! .....It's all here.
It's serendipitous, which in definition.... (*Occurring or discovered by chance, in a happy or beneficial way.)


#7- We've got all the stuff!

..... kayaks & canoes, sports equipment, water toys and floats, all the "crap" you don't want to bring, but you want to use! ....Not to mention... comfortable beds! Areas to "send the kids", and all "the essentials"! PLUS....... waterproof covers on all the beds! Comfortable pillows! Clean, leather furniture ...You get the point. NICE.


#8- Schroon Lake was dubbed the "Best year round access of ANY community off I-87"

...... Whats that mean for you? You can get anywhere quick!!! Whether you're going to "Six flags", or on the "MINNI HAHA", maybe skiing, OR to the waterfalls at "Split Rock", perhaps to the "Olympic training center" in Lake Placid..... you'll be there and back to relaxation.... in a jiffy! ...Mission Accomplished!

YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS !!!
We provide comforters and pillows but the other linens are up to you! Don't worry, if you forget, there's a dollar general (.5) miles away with $24 queen sheet sets & $12 Twin sheet sets!
