Great location

Little gem- great location and good for smaller families. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. The only thing I wasn’t to happy about was that the complex makes you buy wristbands at $20 a person even if you don’t want to utilize the pool or any other amenities.

Thank you for your review Jessica. I agree about the wristbands. I would prefer they just charge you when and if you use the amenities. I understand wanting to control it a bit, but wish the cost was cheaper. I will discount your next stay to make up for it!

Fabulous Stay and cannot wait to come back

Check in was super simple. David was super helpful and informative. We got there and it immediately felt like home. The kitchen had all necessities to cook, the bathrooms were very clean and they provided towels. The beds were super comfy, too!!! There were a bunch of family board games, cards, and beach gear (including towels) ready to go! The beach took less than 10 minuets to walk to. Yummy restaurants in walking distance too! I only gave 4 stars as there was construction right in front of the home and we were unable to access the home with our car for 2 days and it was a complete mess. This, by no means, was David's fault. He and his wife made sure to make things right. I cannot wait to come back here!! Don’t miss your chance to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described and in a perfect location to the beach and downtown activities. We also loved that there were beach items available for us to take with us to the beach (wagon, chairs, sand toys, etc). Communication with the hosts was fantastic, as well. We would definitely stay again!

Short walk to the beach

We rented the place for 6 nights and we were very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday. There is a restaurant that is on the corner of the property entrance that was very convenient for us. The kids loved that there was wifi and Netflix. We paid for wrist bands and were able to enjoy the swimmings pools and other activities in the area. The only thing I would have liked is tvs in the bedrooms. It did rain while we were there and with 4 kids I would have liked to be able to go into the room and watch tv. I also liked the covered parking. Would definitely book again!

My first visit to Panama City Beach Florida

This place was everything and more than you can ask for on a vacation away from home the neighbors are nice the neighborhood was beautiful and the location was great. I would go and I would stay there again.
