As per the bug bites, I did not had any comments from guests prior or after your stay. At the beach there are sand fleas, usually the bites show later on the day or the day after however will let the exterminator know. Regards

Great View, close to beach. King size bed was comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom was updated. Pool was a close to building and water temperature was very warm. Wish the extra chair was comfortable.. very uncomfortable to sit in. Blinds over sliding patio doors need replacing. Area is still recovering from hurricane. Building was last one to complete repair so most mornings woke up to hammers banging on roof. Just make the most of it and walk the beach. Yes, I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was relaxing, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The only downsides were that the A/C didn’t get very cool and there were occasional small ants, even without food left out. Overall, it was an amazing time and for the price, I’d definitely stay again for a long weekend.

During summer certainly is not enough to have a cold room, reason why there are 3 ceiling fans on each area in addition to a floor fan. First & far most it was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Such a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the beach & gorgeous sunsets. Having the beach access across the street made the stay even better. The two restaurants that were walking distance were Excellant. If you have any concerns the host was easy to contact. And replies in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this condo for relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Our stay was great, it was off season so it was quiet. The unit has a beautiful view & all the comforts of home, however it is dated. It 's a short walk to the beach which we loved. Xavier is a great host with excellant communication. He let us check out late which we truly appreciated.

Hi Maryjane, thank you for the good review. I know the unit is dated and will explain about it same as other guests have noted the same. I had planned a 40k reno for 2023, but in Sept 27 2022 hurricane IAN hit, left the whole complex machinery rooms and electrical infrastructure damaged and we were closed for 18 months , then assesments starting pouring in, as of now totalling 70k, so good bye reno for now. Since reopening I have invested around 5k in other items that were too old, sofa, linens, electrical and plumbing repairs, but major reno will have to wait. On the other hand the rate paid for the view and location is difficult to find, maybe on same complex but on lower floor and overlooking the parking lot. Units fully renovated, on 10th floor with direct ocean view will go for much more. Best Regards. Xavier

The accommodations are nice, quaint. The AC seemed to struggle a bit and with it being on the far wall, we had to keep the fans on high to get the air to move around. Having the beach chairs, umbrella and cart was great for walking to the beach.

As per the AC, sorry about that, it is fairly new but yes it is a downside and it is in all the units, as the AC type is PTAC which is like those found on some hotels, and is the only type approved by the condominium as well as the place to install it. Specially in Summer is when the lack of cold air is felt, Keeping all fans on high like you did will circulate air more efficiently. Best Regards

Great location

It was great overall! The only downfall is the AC. It is a hotel type unit and doesn’t get it super cold. It was very clean and had nice amenities. We would stay there again and just bring a fan.

Unfortunately the AC is something we can not do much about it, condo management does not allow other types of AC units and while is a powerful unit, it does not reach all corners of the unit. There should be a floor fan there in addition to 3 ceiling fans in the bedroom, living and kitchen. To move that cold air around I suggest to turn on all 3 ceiling fans to high speed. Regards

Perfect Location

Location couldn't be any better. Close to beach and restaurants. When construction is completed, it will be a very nice property.

Owner since 2009, Listed on vrbo since 2010, love to share my home to other travelers at affordable prices, have met incredible people and many of my guests are return guests every year.

We were not lucky in 2022 when Hurricane Ian hit, barely reopened in March 2024 with many problems and a less than helpful and efficient HOA. As of Apri 02 at least and finally Pools are open. Still the grounds are under reconstruction.
