This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of space, and the beds were not too bad. The only issue was that comforters were a bit dirty or old and looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while aside from that I would definitely stay again and the host was great!

The room was exactly as pictured and the beds are so comfortable. The host was awesome. The view was overlooking the pool, I can't help but want to book here again! The drink, "Sea Breeze" at the bar was delicious and the restaurant and pizza truck is so good. I've never had a better seafood boil and pizza. Yes! This place has everything you would want plus a seafood boil. What a fun and relaxing place to book.

Beautiful condo with wonderful view and easy access to beach and pool being on 2nd floor. They are doing construction near the condo outside so was woken up quite early a few days but that is hopefully temporary!! Shower/water pressure 10/10! Never seemed to run out of hot water! As far as resort goes, the pool is great! The beach is very crowded at this location just FYI!! It was so nice having the beach chairs and sand toys to use and not have to pack our own!! That’s extremely convenient! Nice being close to pineapple Willy’s too for the fun cocktail drinks!! The food at the pool hut is 10/10. In fact we thought it was better then food at the restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience and the owners have the condo decorated darling!

Pros: the view is stunning, second floor means you can avoid the elevator, which is huge because there are 23 floors and it can be a long wait. Pool is beautiful and has a grill and bar. It’s just steps to the beach, which is beautiful. Lots of places to eat close by.Cons: parking garage is busy, crowded and tight. Parking spot is really tight, you cannot open your doors on both sides to get out. It’s a process to get the car into the spot. The stairs to get to the pool/beach are gross and smelly. We were awakened every night between 2-3am with what I’m assuming was building trash pick up. Very loud banging which lasted several minutes.I would give it 3.5 stars if that was an option.

Great Condo

2nd floor. Easy beach, pool and garage access. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen needed some updated utensils but we also cook in the condo more than most. Enjoyed and would stay with this one again.

The condo itself was exactly as pictured. Balcony off living room gives a wonderful view of the pool and ocean waves. My family of 7 had a wonderful stay. The condo is well set up for multiple children to have their own space.

As clearly stated in the listing—and as I confirmed with you twice before your arrival—the building is undergoing scheduled renovations, which is why our rates are significantly reduced during this period. After we spoke on Saturday morning, I immediately texted you two options to help address the situation: you could cancel the remainder of your reservation for a full refund, or stay an additional night on Sunday at no charge when no renovation work was scheduled. I did not receive a response. I want future guests to be just as well-informed as possible, so as an additional precaution I’ve further updated the listing. For all bookings during the renovation period (currently scheduled to conclude in late February 2026), guests are now required to explicitly confirm that they are aware of the ongoing work before the reservation is finalized. We always strive to communicate transparently and support guests throughout their stay. I’m sorry the timing of the renovation impacted your visit, and I hope the steps taken—both before and after your arrival—demonstrate our commitment to responsible and attentive hosting.

Fun place to stay!

We stayed for basically a long weekend and it was great. Location was perfect. High enough so we had a view and low enough so that we could use the stairs. Parking is tight but you do get one reserved spot on the same floor. TVs in every bedroom. We were comfortable and when I did contact the owner they responded immediately. No real issues…I would stay there again.
