From March through October, guests of Gulf Pearl can relax on the beach with complimentary beach service including a pair of reserved lounge chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy sparkling white sand, crystal clear water and clear blue skies accentuate the vibrant aquamarine Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Pearl, shares the best characteristics of the finest natural pearl. Gulf Pearl is a four bedroom, 3 bath, sixth floor, beach front condominium in the Ocean Reef Resort. Much like a glistening pearl, Gulf Pearl is rare and it stands above the rest. Visitors with discerning taste are pleased when they arrive at Gulf Pearl.
Much of the value of a fine pearl is based on practicality, iridescence and luster. Comfort and Luxury are two of the features that make Gulf Pearl superior to other beach condos. The emphasis on providing a comfortable environment for guests of all ages is evident in every room. The comfort-ability of Gulf Pearl is heightened by its convenience with a reserved parking spot just one flight of stairs away from the unit. There are additional parking spaces on the 5th floor & across the street to accommodate multiple vehicles, key-less entry, a collapsible shopping cart sturdy enough to transport items to and from the parking lot or the beach.
The beach front, king size, master suite is an en suite with PRIVATE BATH & personal access to the Gulf front balcony. The suite has overhead & indirect lighting, excellent quality bedding, ample storage space & a flat screen television. Enjoy the beauty and privacy of the suite.
The Second, king size master suite has private access to the second full bath. Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, it is also spacious and serene with ceiling fan, overhead and task lighting and a flat screen television.
BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo with perfect views of the Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf course across the street. They are furnished with a QUEEN BED & FULL OVER FULL BUNK BED, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet and Jack and Jill access to the third full bath.
The full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry room, right outside the fourth bedroom.
The kitchen is open and well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal. The cook has a good view of the gulf and sky.
Gulf Pearl spacious family room is light & airy, with a large dining table, breakfast bar, sofa, love seat & 60 in in flat screen television. The living room includes a night and day chest with a comfortable queen size bed that doubles as an entertainment center during the day. The entire southern wall is windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, the views from this room are simply amazing.
Resort amenities include Indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise & elliptical room, covered parking, & walking distance to: Starbucks, Hidden Lagoon Mini Golf, Hidden Lagoon Race Track & Go Karts, Fun Land Arcade, Alvin’s Island and Topical Store & the popular Runaway Island Beachfront Restaurant & Grill.
Low density, is one of the great features to enjoy when you’re staying at Gulf Pearl. On the east side of the resort, a very large portion of the beach is open and void of development. This greatly enhances the view and room to explore and play on the beach.
Extended families and friends may enjoy “Sugar Shores” also; it is a beach front, 4-bedroom, 3 bath condo on the west end of the same floor.
Gulf Pearl is less than a mile from Pier Park. Even closer, you may enjoy brunch at the Pancakery, lunch at Carrabbas Italian Grill or plan your next bike trip while walking through Indian Motorcycles of Panama City Beach or Harley Davidson PCB. There is also great fun nearby at the Aaron Bessant Park, Frank Brown Park with basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts plus multiple soccer and baseball fields where traveling fast pitch softball and baseball tournaments are played every summer. Frank Brown Park is also home of the Panama City Beach Aquatic Center. Many of the exciting festivals and concerts are also at Frank Brown.

Low density, some of the largest balconies anywhere, within a mile from Pier Park but not in the massive congestion of Pier Park, great amenities including a nice indoor pool, steam room and dry sauna, walking distance to Run-a-Way Island dining, Alvin's Island shopping, Funland Arcade and Hidden Lagoon min-golf.
This large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is spacious, well appointed and attractive. The resort is close to the corner of Front Beach Road and Nautilus Blvd. making it possible to get off Front Beach Road onto U.S. 98 (Back Beach) and the new parkway within minutes even when the beach is busiest.
