The Space:

A Clearwater Beach beauty on the Intercoastal Waters!





This gorgeous updated condo offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and it accommodates a total of 6-8 guests. This is a beautiful condo offering a great location to enjoy your getaway!



Exquisite water views from both the primary bedroom and living areas. The layout is so comfortable and relaxing that you feel like your home.



The primary bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom features a King bed. There is a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features 2 Full beds with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has comfortable and relaxing beds that you can sleep the night away!



Fully equipped kitchen for you to cook any meal that suits you and your family or friends! The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests and the bar area is seating for 3.



The living area is large and comfortable, but best of all it has access to its own waterfront balcony! You can enjoy the expansive water views, feeling like you are on top of the world.



The location is really perfect - you are walking distance to the beach, but also in the heart of Clearwater Beach, where most everything is just a short walk away.



We make it easy for you with the beautiful accommodations and ease to enjoy the area any time of the day or night.



With access to the shared pool that overlooks the Intercoastal waters, it's sure to allow for some much needed rest and relaxation. Just what you've been waiting for!

GREAT location & EXCELLENT views! Within walking distance to beach, shopping, many excellent restaurants & fun bars/hangouts & activities. Easy access to Jolley Trolley. Pool was nice. Daily views of dolphins in the bay all day. Hosts were great with responses to any questions. Check-in very easy. 10/10 would rent here again!! Thank you, Beach Time Rentals for a wonderful stay!!

We saw manatees in the harbor from our balcony on the fifth floor it was amazing.There are beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys in the closet to use during your stay, a nice perk!

Great winter getaway

The location of this property was fantastic, a short/easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops, with a nice water view off the balcony. The property was very clean; our check-in instructions were clear; and the property manager was very responsive, friendly, and helpful when we had questions. We very much enjoyed our stay at Gorgeous Getaway and would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Another magnificent stay

This was Year 37 for us in Clearwater Beach and Year 18 in Harborview Grande. The location and secure building are both fantastic. The host of this particular unit was helpful and responsive. Overall, the property rates high for cleanliness, hospitality and service. And the location is second to none.

Wonderful family trip

This condo is walking distance to everything food, entertainment, beaches, shopping. We will definitely be renting again as we visit our children several times a year.

Beach vacation

Great place to stay for a nice beach vacation. Walking distance to the marina and Pier 60 where most of the activity is. Hosts were also very communicative before check in and the day before check out and when they learned we were in the area early they offered us early check-in without us even having to ask. Next time we are in Clearwater this is where we will stay.

Family trip

We enjoyed the stay it was in a great location and the view of the bay was beautiful. Only 1 key for the house due to an issue with the lock the road is very busy on the weekend which makes sleeping difficult otherwise clean and easy access to a lot.

Clean and spacious

Nice place to stay, spacious, clean. Kind of loud overnight due to traffic, the gas station and night life. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water was very nice.

Perfect stay!

My family and I went to Clearwater Beach to take my daughter’s ashes at her request. It was a bittersweet occasion, but we laid her to rest in the sea. Our condo was perfect! It had plenty of room, three large bedrooms, was immaculate, and the view off the private porch was amazing. We can’t wait to go back and will stay with the same rental group for sure.
