Diese Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Vollbädern im Herzen von Clearwater Beach bietet vom Wohnzimmer und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Intracoastal Waterway auf den geräumigen 29-Fuß-Balkon.

Diese 1824 Quadratmeter große Einheit mit 10 Fuß hohen Decken wurde wunderschön von einem Innenarchitekten dekoriert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer haben beide Kingsize-Betten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten. Graco Pack and Play in Einheit sowie Hochstuhl. Deckenventilatoren in allen Räumen. Die Nutzung unserer Cabana am Pool ist inklusive Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Kühlschränken und Strandspielzeug. Reservierter überdachter Parkplatz neben dem Aufzug für einfachen Zugang.

Voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie HD-TVs im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer. Kostenloser Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang und kostenlose Ferngespräche. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Schränke aus Ahornholz, eine Arbeitsplatte aus Corian und eine maßgefertigte Speisekammer.

Bay harbor condo

The condo was beautiful with a nice view of the bay and the sunrise from the patio. It is in easy walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub was wonderful after sight seeing and beach play. I would definately book here again

Best location

Perfect way to start and end the day by enjoying the view from the balcony. Very clean and enough room to fit all 7 of us. The building is located perfect walking distance to everything. Great communication with Patricia annd Steve. Would stay again.

Amazing amazing amazing

We love Harborview Condos and this condo was just as amazing. The pictures really don't do this justice, it is such a well maintained property. Comfy couches, comfy beds and nice amenities throughout. The beach locker was also amazing. We didn't need to bring a single thing for the beach from home, they have it all. We will be back!

Great vacation condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Clearwater Beach, FL! It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious, and had great views of the waterway! We had great weather during our stay and enjoyed numerous days at the beach! It is located a few blocks from the beach, which has soft, powdery white sand and plenty to see and do. There are a number of fantastic restaurants all within walking distance and lots more that are only a short drive away. We like Clearsky Cafe and Columbia the best! The cabana at the pool is a plus and has toys and chairs for the pool and beach. Our group had a great time overall and really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful condo

This was a last minute decision as our 1st rental was destroyed by Hurricane Ian elsewhere. This is a beautiful, well maintained condo with a gorgeous view. It is located very close, but not in the thick of it all. Restaurants, shops, and beach are all within walking distance. We felt very safe and comfortable in this unit. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with, answered any question and made the whole experience a joy. Thank you again, Pat & Steve

Magnificent!!!

Our stay in Harborview Condominium exceeded our expectations! From the moment we entered the place, it was clean, spacious, had wonderful views of the bay, had a practical kitchen with all the appliances needed and was beautifully decorated. Our two-year old daughter had even found a high-chair in one of the many closets, which she was using for our daily meals. The pool cabana had all the equipment for the beach so that we could save up money on renting the beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely come back to this place and we do recommend it to anybody looking for a cozy, neat, practical and center- located condo.

Amazing condo, wonderful owners!

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Clearwater Beach. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen for meal preparation. We enjoyed spending time on the large balcony overlooking the water and in the pool. It was especially great that the owners have a poolside cabana stocked with beach chairs/umbrella/cart, sand and pool toys, and a large cooler. These items made our trip so easy and entertaining for the kids. The location is great! We walked to Clearwater beach to sunset most days. We also enjoyed walking to The Donut Experiment (yummy donuts made to order), Jimmy’s Fish House/Iguana bar (fun gulf front patio with life music ans beautiful sunsets) and Frenchy’s (delicious local cuisine). It was great to have a parking spot so close to the elevator, although we didn’t have to drive much with how great the location of the condo was. The owners were great from the very beginning, they truly want to ensure their guests have a great stay and we’re available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo in Clearwater Beach. The condo was in a great location and was a comfortable place to spend time when not out and about in Clearwater. The hosts were friendly and easy to contact. The back patio was a wonderful place to relax and watch for dolphins. We would book again if in the area and would definitely recommend it to others. The only small thing I wish we knew ahead of time was to bring our own dishwasher pods and garbage bags from home as there weren’t any extra of those in the unit. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Beautiful sunrises, location and VRBO, AMAZING!

Steve and Pat made our check-in seamless and easy! They were there anytime we needed them...the condo is as described and with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, crock pot, pots, pans, silverware, beach toys & chairs, this made our whole family vacation simply wonderful! The balcony was one of our favorite locations...where we saw dolphins swimming almost every morning. The beds were so comfy - everyone slept great! Don't hesitate to book Steve and Pat's condo...the location can't be beat either. Hope to return again!

Awesome family vacation

We had a fabulous time staying at the condo. It was well stocked with everything we could need and all the beach gear made trip to the beach such a breeze (with three kids under three!). Pat was SO responsive to any questions or concerns and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. This was our first experience renting a personally owned property and it couldn’t have been more positive! I HIGHLY recommend this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice, it really is such a beautiful and comfortable unit. We saw dolphins from the balcony more nights than not, and enjoyed our coffee watching the beautiful sunrises. Also, the location of the complex couldn’t be more convenient. We didn’t drive at all for several of the days of our visit and there was so much to do within a short walking distance. Again, as a previously skeptical renter I couldn’t recommend this condo and it’s owners more. Such a lovely trip, we can’t wait to return! Thanks Patricia for facilitating such a wonderful family vacation!

Great location and Awesome Condo

This condo was awesome! It is in a great location: short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and marina. Plenty of room and decorated very nicely. Luxury Waterfront Condo!

All I can say is WOW! From the moment we entered #405 we were blown away. The condo is absolutely stunning: the views were unbelievable, the furniture gorgeous (yet comfortable) and the entire condo was meticulously clean. Had we brought a car with us the parking spot was even ideal! On a particularly sunny but breezy day we opted to hang by the pool and catch some rays - the hot tub was fabulous and we were very happy with that decision as well! I can't say enough good things about our stay. The Harborview Grand is conveniently located and once we arrived we walked everywhere (except to Spectrum Field - but that was a quick Uber ride away!) Patricia and Steve were wonderful hosts and we hope to rent from them again in the future.

Lovely apartment minutes from beach

The apartment is big and spacious with nice furnishings. We didn’t want for anything during our stay here. Loved being able to walk everywhere rather having to get in the car like we are used to on our US holidays. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Stunning view from the balcony, only wish we would have been able to enjoy some sun out there at some point during the day.

Beautiful home, great location, has everything you need.

We had a fantastic time staying at Harborview Grande #405. The reserved parking spot is so close to the elevator, it made unloading luggage a breeze. The location is a short walk (less then 5 minutes, even with small kids in tow) down the paved beachwalk to the main beach. The owners have a poolside cabana/closet where they have a full stock of every beach related item you might need: boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of beach toys, an umbrella, and even an awesome beach cart to push everything down the street! Super convenient. The condo itself was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Having a full washer and dryer in the condo was beyond helpful. The check-in and checkout process was a breeze and the owners contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We are already looking forward to another trip in the future. I can't wait to sit on the gorgeous balcony with a cup of morning coffee and watch the sunrise again.

Great Condo!

Had a fantastic time and wonderful weather for the week. The cabana was the icing on the cake with beach chairs and the amazing sand wheeled cart to get back and forth to the beach....

Great location, beautiful and spacious

This condo is beautiful with a gorgeous view. We woke to watch the sunrise every morning and see dolphins. It's conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Clearwater Beach. The cabana by the pool has all you need for the beach and pool, including a cart to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach. We highly recommend!!!

Watching the sunrise from our balcony and the dolphins swimming below is so spectacular and a great way to start the morning! Having the amenities you desire makes the day relaxing and enjoyable. Please come back again for a well deserved vacation. Pat & Steve

Home away from home

I can not say enough good things about our visit to Clearwater. Pat & Steve were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. Their condo was spacious, clean, comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay. We cannot wait to come back to Clearwater next spring break! Thank you Pat & Steve!!!

Wonderful place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay. The directions to get in are spot on. It was a very spacious condo and had everything we needed. Made our time at the national championship that much more special. Would love to plan a vacation to this condo soon. Thanks so much for your kindness to make our time special.

Met all our expectations and more

Check in instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. The moment we opened the door to the condo we were impressed. The condo is spacious and well equipped. I loved looking out at the waterview and watching the pelicans dive for dinner. We were able to prepare some meals in, which suits our family. Our teenage daughter loved having her own King size room. The condo is well maintained and the grounds clean. I loved the location which enabled walking to beaches, shopping, and some attractions. Any questions we had we could find the answers in the binder. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and I know where we will stay again should we have the opportunity to return to Clearwater. Thank you Pat and Steve
