Crescent Beach Club is located on Sand Key, which is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous shops and restaurants.
This community is ideally located and close to everything:
Downtown Clearwater, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, water sports, boat rentals and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) or the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

COMPLEX RULES
~ No same day bookings - 4-day lead time required to turn in lease to CBC complex for approval.
~ This condo requires two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ Application is Required
~ $150 application Fee charged at time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

PARKING
~ Parking is available for two vehicles. No back in parking is permitted. Under the building parking and vehicle cannot exceed 6'3", including items on the roof of the vehicle. please ensure your parking passes from the guard gate are displayed at all times in order to avoid a fine and or towing.
