Our policy does provide a starter kit with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as stated on our website. Andrea, We will share your feedback on matters outside of the home with the proper team in hopes the landscaping can be addressed soon if it hasn't already. We apologize that you feel we lied as that was not the intention. Unfortunately, during busier times there is a lot of stress on the networks. We cannot control the strength of the signal and internet provider choices are very limited in the area. Had we been able to improve this issue for you quickly, we certainly would have.
