Welcome to our newly renovated condo at Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach, perfectly located along Scenic Highway 30A and minutes from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and other popular 30A destinations. This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
Our condo is just a short walk to two nearby beach access points: Sugar Dunes and Eastern Lake. Eastern Lake is one of 30A’s rare coastal dune lakes where the lake meets the Gulf, creating a beautiful and unique beach experience.
Beachside Villas offers a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle exclusively for guests with service to Eastern Lake and Walton Dunes beach access, perfect for families carrying beach gear. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are also available at the Walton Dunes access for added convenience. The shuttle operates March–October (specific dates apply; please inquire for details).
Our family fell in love with this quiet corner of 30A because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Beachside Villas is tucked away from the crowds but still minutes from some of the most popular destinations along 30A, including Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and The Big Chill for dining, shopping, and live entertainment. Local favorites like Old Florida Fish House are also minutes away.
The condo has been recently renovated and thoughtfully designed to feel bright, comfortable, and welcoming for families and small groups. The open living area flows into a fully stocked kitchen and dining space, making it easy to gather after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy morning coffee, Gulf breezes, or a relaxing evening after exploring 30A.
Beachside Villas is known for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and excellent on-site amenities. Guests have access to two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and outdoor grilling areas. Eastern Lake is also steps away and offers opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and scenic nature walks.
The Eastern Lake Trailhead is 1.8 miles away and connects to miles of trails through Point Washington State Forest, perfect for biking, hiking, and exploring nature.
