This centrally-located family friendly home is only a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 4 miles from ASU. It is close to the Cubs Sloan Park, and Spring Training, It is convenient to Old Town Scottsdale (15 min.), Downtown Phoenix (20 min.), Mill Ave in Tempe (15 min.) and downtown Gilbert (20 min.).
You will have a clean, bright and airy, just remodeled Designer Decorated single-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities included are a private heated pool and barbecue grill. You will love the totally remodeled kitchen. Trying baking and new recipes when you have the time . Had a great mini vacation at this home. Well stocked with the basics- tp, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Beds were comfortable, furnishings well thought out. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. The mural on the back wall really makes the back yard look inviting. Its very private back there too.My only not glowing comment is that I personally found the furniture in and outside uncomfortable to sit in. But my friends and I are older so might be fine for the young ones.I would still come back as I really liked everything else about this rental.

The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. The kitchen area has all the appliances, dishes, etc . We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely comeback.

Our stay in Tempe two weeks ago was perfect. The property is beautiful and convenient. There is nothing that we needed that was missing. We were there for my husband's 80th birthday. Our son and daughter-in-law live in Tempe, but they have a two-story condo. One level is important to us. The owner has taken great care in providing all amenities for a comfortable stay. Our grand dogs were able to visit grandpa in the afternoons for his birthday. Sunny Tempe Elegance

The house is in an excellent location with great restaurants and shopping areas within a couple miles. The area roads and highways are remarkable in its order and repair. The heated house pool was the main attraction and source of entertainment. The kitchen amenities provided a sense of home away from home. I would definitely come back to this location.

Amazing home

This home was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy spring break for 12 days. The pool was amazing and the outside set up was comfortable and cozy. Basil was amazing to work with, very communicative and responsive and goes out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. This location was great and close to so many other cities to visit and explore. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Friends looking for sun

We're a group of six who are now retired and plan a trip together to temporarily escape the cold winter. Our stay was greatly enjoyed by all. There was comfortable space to gather both inside and out. The accommodations met all our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. All of us greatly enjoyed the very spacious outdoor space and pool (that was heated!)

We loved our stay. The private backyard is very spacious with plenty of shade. The neighborhood has a safe clean feel. If I return to this area I will be looking to stay here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The property owner was easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I usually book VRBO just to Have a great location to get around wherever I am visiting. This VRBO actually made me want to hang out there as well. The outdoor area is perfect for morning coffee, work at home, and evening cocktails. The indoors was great as well, with lots of seating areas, comfortable beds, and on top of it all, the location was perfect to get to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be back!

cutest Tempe neighborhood!

We loved our month in Tempe! This home is so conveniently located and nicely appointed. The pool is lovely, the décor is adorable, and the property manager is incredibly responsive. There is a little highway noise, but it wasn't disruptive at all. The neighborhood is wonderful!
