We had a great time and really loved the pool and outside area. Lots of pool towels and coffee, the most important things. Beds and livingroom were very comfortable.A couple of negatives; the dishwasher really needs to be replaced and we could never get the patio fan to work, neither were too big a deal.We had a great time and would definitely stay again.We have stayed at multiple vrbo rentals in the area over the last 5 years and this house had the nicest outdoor/pool area.

The host was welcoming, the house was sparkling after a fresh clean. The pool was warm and my teenage sons really enjoyed it. It was convenient to Spring Training games, shopping, and other family activities. Plenty of space and all but the twin size beds were comfortable (they would be fine for small children or toddlers) but didn’t work for my teenage boys so they had to share a bed despite the house sleeping 10 guests. The full size bed in the back room was comfortable but a bit wobbly and squeaked a lot if you rolled over or moved in your sleep-may need to have some bolts or screws tightened. Lots of fun family games and exercise equipment. Very cute interior design as well.

A great place! We chose the place for the heated pool, and it did not disappoint! Beds were comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated, but the outdoors was where we spent much of our time. The owner was congenial and responsive to questions. No place is perfect, and the living room had a rug that was curled and therefore was a bit of a safety concern for me as I am in my 70s; but we simply threw an exercise mat over the edge. I'd suggest to the owner that the rug be replaced. The kitchen could use a clean out, too, as there were too many pans and the oldest ones were warped or dirty/stained.A minor distraction was the noise of the highway and a yippy dog nearby when its owner wasn't attentive. We would be happy to rent this home again. I would hope, though, to see a few updates such as new pillows, or at least pillow protectors; and one of the rugs in the master bath was shrunk and could be a tripping hazard.

Great stay

I traveled with a small group of friends in Phoenix for spring training. This was a great location to easily get to multiple ballparks and a variety of restaurants. The pool and back patio were excellent places for the mornings and evenings.

You'll enjoy a vibey, resort-like home equipped with everything you need. All within 5 minutes of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, fast food, movie theaters, bowling alley, parks and groceries. Plus, only 2 miles to Westgate Entertainment District with Tanger Outlet malls, more restaurants, LIVE music, bars, clubs, Cardinal's stadium, hockey stadium.

The layout of the home is excellent with the primary suite on one side of the home, and additional three bedrooms separated by the living room. Back bedroom has no shared walls with another bedroom. The twin bedroom and front bedroom share one wall. This sets up the perfect balance and of course the vaulted ceilings bring in great light and there is a view of the pool from the kitchen and sliding glass door.
