Located in a quiet neighborhood, Aloha Palm Springs is a striking 5BR/3BA property with a fabulous backyard paradise. Interior highlights include a fireplace, a stunning kitchen, and mid-century modern décor.
The luxury backyard oasis is complete with a grill, an inviting firepit, and a sparkling pool and spa and much more. Abundant shopping and dining options are available nearby, as are hiking and biking trails. This private retreat is the ideal luxury Palm Springs getaway!
*** Early Check-in or late Check-out may be available for an extra fee. Please request ahead of time ***
*** Spa is heating is complementary , Pool heat must be requested and paid ($100 per night) for 48 hours prior to arrival time. Pool heating requires a minimum of two days; we do not offer heating services for just one day. The pool will not be heated during the summer months. (Long term stay will have discounted pool heating fee.) ***
GARAGE:
Per customer requests we have converted the garage into a game room. Currently we have ping pong table and shuffleboard. More game tables and arcade games coming soon.
LIVING AREA
Unwind in the open floorplan dinning/living area. Relax by the gas fireplace while enjoying a film on the smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge and a gas stove. Four can perch at the breakfast bar, while the dining table seats ten. Our chef's kitchen has everything and almost anything you will or might need during your stay. Basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.
BED & BATH
The primary suite has a king bed, smart TV and patio access. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and smart TV , and the second bath has a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and patio access. (Access to this room is via the garage or patio, not through the house just like an additional casita.) The ultra-private fifth bedroom is in a stand-alone guest casita, located in the backyard. This space has a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The highlight of this stunning compound is the luxury backyard paradise, bordered by large privacy hedges and landscape lighting. Take a dip in the heated pool (5’ deep) and spa, or soak up the sun on six loungers. Host a cookout on the expansive patio, complete with a gas grill, twelve-seat table, and additional outdoor seating.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
The family dogs are welcome with a fee, paid upon booking. There is a 2 max dog per stay. Less than 30 pounds.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two cars are provided. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

- It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by Aloha Palm Springs Management without refund. These rules apply to yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others. Please be respectful of our neighborhood we just want you to enjoy your time without any problems.
- Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules apply. Please do not exceed (5 cars allowed )the maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site at any time. If you need more parking please inform us before the booking.
- If Aloha Palm Springs Management is alerted by our roving security company that there may be over occupancy of the home, guests may be evicted without refund.
NOTE: Local regulations require that each short-term vacation rental guest be advised of the applicable city ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay. You will be contacted by Aloha Palm Springs representative within the first 24 hours of your arrival to sign and acknowledge your agreement of these policies. They will also be glad to go over any questions you have about the house during your stay.
