Araby Cove, a quiet and serene neighborhood located in South Palm Springs just below the prestigious Southridge Estates. Hollywood celebrities such as Bob Hope, Steve McQueen, and William Holden were long-term residents of Southridge. With its incredible positioning right up against the mountains, you’re sure to be blown away. Plus, just 2 miles from the best restaurants, parks, grocery stores, coffee shops and boutique shopping.

Hallmark attributes are high vaulted beam ceilings, stunning outdoor lounging areas and grand open spaces for living, dining, cooking and entertaining. Every modern amenity you’d expect- AC/Heating system with 3 smart thermostats, smart custom dimmable lighting systems.

Villa Araby has been perfectly designed for entertaining in a relaxing oasis setting. There is a large living room with 75” tv and fireplace. Plus, a second family/den with 65” tv, Bose sound system throughout and open living areas. Then, relax in the intimate spa and our private pool and backyard oasis.

Villa Araby features two master suites, each with en suite bathrooms, double vanities and private balconies and king beds. The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms feature queen beds with adjoining full bathrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms feature private balconies. There is body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, cotton swabs, Q-tips, and cleaning supplies available. Shampoo and conditioner are not provided.

There is also a modern fully stocked high-end kitchen with stone counters and stainless steel appliances. So, if you’re the kind of chef who loves to get busy in the kitchen, then this is the place for you. A formal dining room is available in addition to a breakfast dining area and all areas of the house are open to the outdoor dining area.

Outdoor Lifestyle:

Take your entertaining and cooking outdoors with a massive and lushly landscaped private patio and yard space. The patio features a private pool/spa, flowering trees, custom lighting, large gas grill and furnished outdoor living room, eggs chairs and outdoor dining. We also have outdoor games available like corn hole and yoga mats as well as a selection of indoor board games and children's toys.

Pool and Spa:

•The pool/spa fee is $125 per day. The pool will be maintained at 88 degrees, and the spa is just a text away. Text 'spa' when you'd like it turned on. Please allow 45 minutes for it to reach the maximum temperature.

Fur Family:

•We do allow pets, however, all animal friends must be pre-approved and require a $500 non refundable pet fee. Non approved pets and or guests over the maximum amount allowed by the city will be charged and may be subject to eviction from the property by the city stvr rules of Palm Springs.

Palm Springs Rules by the City:

•As a guest in the City of Palm Springs property, guests will be required to submit a copy of their photo ID (contract signer must be 25 years of age or older), a signed rental agreement, and a signed copy of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations.

•No subletting the property. Only registered and confirmed guests may stay at the property. Violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any rental monies. Local PS rules require that only the individual approved on VRBO and or any other rental source will be the first allowed entry at initial check in to the property. All other guests must enter only after the above mentioned has checked in and registered with the house manager. This is a rule by the city.

•City's quiet hours are from 10pm - 10am.

To help maintain the peace and quiet of our Palm Springs neighborhood, please ensure that loud music is not audible outside the property. This rule follows the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Noise Ordinance. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the community peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

Safety and Service:

•In order to keep the garden, pool and surrounding landscape in pristine condition we have weekly visits from pool and gardner.

•Pool cleaning services are regularly scheduled for early mornings Tuesdays and Fridays. Gardening services are scheduled on Thursdays.

•Fire extinguishers located in Kitchen, Master Bedroom & BBQ Area.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY- Fireworks, tiki lamps, or anything with a flame, etc are NOT allowed on the property as it’s a high risk area for fire. Den fireplace is currently not working, there are two other working fireplaces in home.
