The host was outstanding!!! If we asked for something he was so speedy with his response. There was nothing he could have done more to make our time at this home better. The location is perfect to catch the public transport and very close to many grocery which gave us options.

Beautiful property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house! It's in the heart of the Savaneta area, the best spot in Aruba for peace, quiet, and great beaches. The house was clean with all the amenities you could ever ask for including a hot tub! Very romantic and a peaceful escape. Highly recommend and great service too!

Fantastic property, great location

Located just the right distance from the tourist centre of Orenjestad, the property is exactly as described and very quiet. We appreciated the location with easy access to all of the sites the island has to offer. Frank and Jeanette were fantastic hosts who very graciously offered assistance on a number of occasions. Couldn't be happier with the experience! Strongly recommend.

The home and outside living space were exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub and bicycles were a bonus and were well-used. The best however was how we connected with Frank and Jeanette. We thank them for helping us connect to the island of Aruba.

Beautiful property.

I have to start with the first thing I noticed about the property. It is immaculate! Still looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. They really pay attention to every little detail right down to the way the towels are folded and presented to how the beds are made. You can’t help but feel that they are really concerned with. Among your stay great. Frank contacted me regularly to check on us and provide recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Great place and great experience.

Definitely returning!

Better than staying in a hotel! Our stay here was spectacular! The place was not only updated but spotless. We were able to walk around barefoot without getting dirty. The hosts were so kind and outgoing, even giving us ideas and equipment for our trip. The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend to stay in this area, where you can explore and experience more of Arubas culture and less crowded beaches. Overall, definitely will stay there again the next time we're in Aruba.

The home is absolutely beautiful! In a good area as well! Frank & Jeanette were great hosts and always quick to respond/check in on us! They have a great kitchen that’s well stocked with any utensil or appliance you’d need! I felt VERY safe in their home as the doors always lock behind you, although Aruba is super safe to begin with. The back patio is perfection offering a space in the shade as well as a space for sun soaking! Hot tub was 10/10! Bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous and roomy (showers were perfect)! Bedrooms were great sizes and the beds were super comfortable! The black out curtains were a plus! The AC worked quick every time in every room. I would recommend anyone and everyone this home as it was just all around a great place and a great area! The hosts are amazing as well!!! Hope to stay here again!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. Well cared for and well stocked. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. It was spacious and massaged very well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, and even offered a blender and air fryer. Air conditioning was in every room. Towels were provided. The host was attentive and very kind. There is a grocery right around the corner. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Freindly, private, quiet and clean!

My wife and I booked this property for a week long vacation. Upon arrival the property owner met us there and gave us a tour of the property and the amenities. The property is located in Savaneta, which is one of the oldest parts of the island (historicly speaking). We loved the location as it was only about 30 minutes or less to just about any landmark you want to see. The propery itself is beautifully maintained and kept very clean. We loved the back area where the hot tub is. It was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The property owner (Frank) is super responsive to emails or calls, and definitely wants yo ensure you have the best time on the island with no stress (after all that's what a relaxing vacation is). I would definitely recommend this property if you don't want to be around the crowds of other tourists all the time.

Perfect Property to Enjoy the best that Aruba has to offer

My wife and I booked this location for our first trip to Aruba so that we could be away from the large tourist/cruise crowds and enjoy the finer things that Aruba has to offer. This property was perfect! It was exactly as advertised and the owner, Frank, was the most perfect host. Communication back and forth with him was quick and very informative. He took the time to send my wife and I multiple locations around the island to help us pick the best places to eat and explore during our stay. He made sure to come by, at our convenience, to introduce himself and make sure we were comfortable and to make sure our needs were met. This property had the most amazing sunrise views on the island as well as the perfect amount of privacy, yet not far at all to the southern beaches and multiple great food spots. Most locations could be driven to in less than 10-15 minutes with beach access in about 5. We will definitely try and make it back to Aruba again and will be staying here again if possible. We split our week long stay between here and a resort hotel downtown later in the week and both agreed that we preferred this beautiful house in Savaneta the most! Highly recommended to all!

Excellent Accommodation in Aruba!

This is a brand new property that has all the amenities a holidaying visitor requires. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the common living area. Full kitchen (without oven) was modern, very functional and provided all necessary amenities. Beds and bathrooms were very good - master bath was very spacious. Small locked drawer serves as a safe for valuables. Printer provided to print boarding passes required at the Aruba airport departure - all hooked up to our cell phone and worked without a hitch. TV included platforms such as Netflix which was awesome for relaxing at night. A lot of storage in the bedrooms for clothes. Outdoor covered patio was outstanding complete with a hot tub, lounge chairs, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Great lighting for great ambiance and functionality. Property provides beach chairs which were a godsend for beaching during our trip. Frank is a wonderful host and communication was prompt and efficient. Visited us at the property to welcome and provided us with local tips and hints to make our trip wonderful. Frank tried to solve any and all problems with trip and experience - a very nice person and accommodations host. Private lockable yard with gated parking! We enjoyed the quiet evenings away from the crazy hustle and bustle (and noise/people) of the tourist zone near Eagle & Palm beaches and the capital Oranjestad. The neighbourhood is quiet with only a few dogs and roosters making no any noise - quite soothing actually.

Wonderful place to stay! Enjoyed having my coffee in the serene back patio every morning. Frank was wonderful and took the time to stop and give us all the tips on local restaurants and activities we could partake in. Great place to stay! Not crazy busy like the other part of the island, safe and quiet location, small grocery store 1/2 block away, baby beach short drive away. We would come back here again anytime.

I grew up in the neighbor hood of Savaneta, (First Capital of Aruba up to 1797), lives in Savaneta all my life. Love Nature, Music, Off Roading, Snorkeling, Diving, Fishing and walking short distances.
Aruba is an Island where we grew up and learn that Tourism is our highest Industry. The Pilar of our Economy. I worked in my younger years in the Hotels and Restaurants before I switched over to a Refinery Man. I always love to serve people the best of my ability, treat them well and nice so that they become a repeat guest and or the guest that suggest another to visit our happy Island and sometimes comes to know Frank.
Therefor I wanted to have something that is related to our Tourism.

This property is build with savings of my workaholic years.
Build with dedication, own designs and choices to have a Blissful place where distinguished guest can stay. Choices for early birds, married couples, a working man, families and or just friends. Even pets are welcome at this vacation stay. Over here our guest can get to known the other side of the Island and closer to well renowned Seafood Restaurant. With us you are more or less in the middle but way more to the south side of the Island and easy to go to all directions. Bus stops are at walking distance of 5 minutes.
There is around in the area Local food, Chinees food, Pizza Shops, Café Terrace, Pool tables Café Restaurants, Supermarkets and furthermore the sea and beach is close.

Due to Northeast Trade wind, Fresh Air is always blowing throughout the yard and the House. You can sit under the Pergola watching a unique sunrise. You may fall asleep in the sofa under the patio, you may lay down for a nice tan color on the beach bed. You can enjoy the Spa Hot Tub or you may just sit in the living room with doors and windows open and relaxed with your favored beverage. I do like the spacious Patio to sit with friends and family, but my best place to hangout is in the Hammock under the Pergola in the early morning.
