Your family will be close to it all, when you say at this centrally located Vacation Station. 1 mile to heart of Pigeon Forge.

Our brand new build in August 2021 modern cottage comfortably sleeps 6. It’s elegantly furnished and offers open living, dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop.
Master bedroom offers K size bed, 42” smart TV, walk-in closet, en suite with a standup shower and double sink. Other two bedrooms have queen size bed, 42” Smart Tv, they share a hallway bath with bathtub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We provide sheets and towels.

Fantastic property, great location

The property was in a perfect location, very easy to get too. Very clean, a lot of extras provided, which was greatly appreciated. We loved the deck at the back with the hot tub. Would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful house (especially for those traveling with someone who needs limited steps)! Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out. The house itself is in a great location where it is close to town, but in a peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely check here first for availability from now on!

Enjoyed our stay

We have saved this place in our travel places to stay. We come to pigeon forge a few times a year and this is where we plan to stay from now on!!! Love this place It close to everything and plenty of room with minimal stairs to climb lol (I hate stairs) Thank you for having us!!!

Relaxing family vacation

My daughter and I had a great time relaxing in your beautiful home. My nephew's wife came from Texas to spend a few days with us. The hot tub and the relaxing area was great. We'd like to be able to visit again soon.

Cleanliness and Location!

The house is perfectly described. It was super clean and had everything you would think you need! Right up the street from the Main Street and a grocery store! Perfect home for a family vacation!

Nice Cottage

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it feels like home every time. Very clean, more than enough room for our family. The owner is quick to respond to whatever you need as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable place that is conveniently located in the heart of pigeon Forge

Perfect Little Getaway

This house looks and feels brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful and simple. Loved the shower heads, the smart TVs, and the garage game room. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was private and a relaxing atmosphere.

Very clean and up to date

The cleanliness was fantastic. The location could not have been better. Response from the homeowner was very quick. We would definitely recommend the home for anyone staying in the area and we will certainly check on staying there again for any future stays for us.

Amazing Place - 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

This property was immaculate. I mean, this was the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. It looked to be recently remolded, with new carpeting, tile, flooring, etc. It was a Beautiful home inside and out with a lot of amenities like a huge hot tub, ping pong, Foosball table, games, and they were all in excellent shape. The furniture was in great shape. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the strip off wears valley and central to just about everything. We highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely stay here again based on how nice it was and the location. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!
