Das Pigeon River Cottage in Pigeon Forge wurde im Januar 2020 komplett renoviert, damit Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen können. Es verfügt über neue Möbel, Geräte, Bettwäsche, Fernseher und DVD. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und Fernseher sowie einen Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten. Das Haus bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen. Es gibt 3 Vollbäder und eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Mr. Kaffee- und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, Slow Cooker, Mixer, Bageltoaster und neue Küchengeräte. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen und die Bar bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Das Cottage befindet sich in einer Sackgasse in einer ruhigen, entspannten Gegend am Westrand des Little Pigeon River, nur 2 Minuten vom Parkway entfernt. Gehen Sie vom überdachten Carport mit 3 Autos zum Fluss, um zu röhren, zu waten oder zu fischen, oder genießen Sie den Whirlpool auf dem Deck mit Blick auf den Fluss. Bringen Sie Ihre Kajaks und schwimmen Sie zur Apfelscheune. Genießen Sie die Natur entlang des Wanderwegs und beobachten Sie die Gänse, Stockenten, Adler und Blaureiher, die täglich zu Besuch sind. Grill- und Esstische, Schaukeln und Wippen im Freien stehen Ihnen auf dem Carport und den Decks zur Verfügung. Basketballtor und verschiedene Brettspiele, PS4 und ein Arcade-Tisch mit 60 Spielen, Kabelfernsehen und 200 MB WLAN sind verfügbar. Bequem zur Apple Barn und vielen anderen Restaurants sowie allen lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dollywood ist eine 12 bis 15-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Sie haben einfachen Zugang zum Smoky Mountain National Park, zu Gatlinburg, zu den Ballfeldern von Cal Ripken und zu allen Kongresszentren von Pigeon Forge.

This is such an awesome property! Too much to name everything we loved, but here are a few things…..1) There were 7 present the entire time with 1 more for 2 nights and it was big enough but still very comfortable for 8 (7 adults 1 10yo child). Loved that each couple had a king bed as that is what we all have at home. 2) Well maintained and well appointed kitchen and amenities…. It was a family Christmas so we made cookies and prepared meals. 3) Absolutely loved that both the living/dining space had seating for 8! We could all comfortably be together and an added bonus was the focus on God. We are a ministry family and it thrilled us to see all the wall hangings and Bibles through out the property. For us, it made it feel like home even on vacation. 4) We had questions about the hot tub/trash and the owners were quick to respond and give us the answers we needed. They were willing to check on us about our stay, but not overbearing in any way. Made us feel good to know they wanted our family time to be enjoyable too. We had no complaint and we will be using this property again if available in the future!

This cottage is amazing!!! This is the 4th year we have stayed here and have already booked for next year. Every time we have stayed, the cottage has been top notch with cleanliness and the perfect fit for our family. You would think after 4 years, the cottage would be showing signs of wear and tear, but not this one. It is a testament to the care of the owners and their cleaning/maintenance crew. Also, the communication with the owners and the check in process are wonderfully easy. We are counting down the days until our next visit!

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only was the inside cozy and welcoming, and CLEAN, it was fully stocked with all the things you need during your stay. There is a beautiful river that runs in the back bringing in geese, birds and the calming sound of water rolling over the rocks. We have stayed in many cabins over the 13 years we’ve been visiting this area and this house is by far one of the best! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

We loved the house and it’s beautiful view and access to the river just in the backyard. House is spacious, and provides plenty of room for spreading out. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, Except SALT! Somebody must have used the last of it and it didn’t get replaced. It wasn’t a big deal, and the house amply provided everything else we could have possibly needed for our stay in Pigeon Forge. GREAT location with access to the strip within just a few minutes. Oh, my 9 year old son loved the gaming table:)

The hosts are very detail oriented, which makes the stay very simple. We had everything we needed. The location was not far from the beaten path, fire place was cozy, hot tub stayed hot, great water pressure, plenty of extras for the kids to keep entertained - it was great.

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and liked it. It is quiet there but close to town. It was nice sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the creek. We would definitely book here again for a trip. Would have been nice if the tv in the bedroom to the left when coming into the house had it where you could watch Netflix. The woman that cleaned the house done a excellent job making sure it very clean and everything. The swings underneath was nice sitting in watching people fish in the creek or watching the ducks in the mornings.

We had a great time staying here! The whole family enjoyed the house/property so much. We loved that there was enough space for all of us (6 adults, 2 children), and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved all the seating outdoors and being right on the river. We saw wildlife all day long, and I really enjoyed the walking path for morning walks. This house is an amazing location with a 10 minute drive TOPS to pretty much anything in Pigeon Forge but a quiet, serene neighborhood that feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay!

We are the Stuckeys from Columbia, MS. We are lifelong residents of Marion County and live 10 miles from Columbia in the county. We have one son, Josh. We have always lived on farms, and enjoy the outdoors, from hunting and fishing to various outdoor sports. We are active in our church and local volunteer fire department, as well as other service activities. We enjoy supporting our local school archery team and the area community college that we both attended and Josh attended.
We enjoy hosting and providing a family friendly home to vacation in. We have set up the cottage to provide for almost every need you might have. The comfort of our guests is very important to us. We have been extremely fortunate to have many families return each year.

FYI: it is not a baby proof home and there are no baby gates, high chairs, etc. in the home. There are no priceless items on tables. If a lamp or nativity scene gets broken, just let us know and we will get it replaced.

We purchased this cottage after owning a cabin in the Wears Valley area for 3 years. We wanted to be closer to town and have a river view. The Mountain View’s were priceless, but winter weather created difficulties in reaching the cabin. Pigeon River Cottage is accessible year-round regardless of the winter weather! It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing by the river and close to all the local attractions and restaurants. We have covered parking, trees and grass and more privacy.

Having the river 30 feet from the cottage provides the sound of the moving water and various types of water fowl. There are geese on the river as well as blue herons, eagles and mallard ducks. Occasionally, you will spot otters and many species of birds, squirrels and rabbits are always around. You can bring your tubes or kayaks and enjoy floating on the river or bring your fishing gear and fish. The back deck and ground level porch are wonderful places to relax and enjoy the river and animals. There are rockers on both the front and back decks, and the back deck has a dining area for four as does the lower deck. The lower deck also has a grill and swing with shade from the trees in the yard providing an area for kids to play.
