Welcome to the Crab Shack - more like the King Crab Shack - with seven bedrooms, three levels of upscale living space, expansive decks, and a private swimming pool with a cabana, all just a stone’s throw from the ocean beach.

Whether you're an extended family wanting to spend a week together or friends hoping to reconnect, this home offers multiple gathering areas so everyone can spread out and enjoy themselves. The new owners have recently made some thoughtful upgrades, including new flooring, and fresh paint.

The main level is an airy great room with a loft, opening to a dining area and a full kitchen. Sliding doors lead to the east-facing deck, where you can admire the morning sunrise and take in the afternoon breezes. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for preparing memorable family meals, including two ovens and two dishwashers. The upper loft area is a great place to get away while still being a part of the crowd - you can find a quiet space to read a good book or play a game at the table provided.

As for entertainment, the detached garage game room has a pool table and Ping-Pong, while the wrap-around decks offer places to soak up the sun or cool off in the shade. The fenced-in pool is huge (38 feet x 19 feet), while the poolside cabana is well-equipped to handle day-long entertainment, with a full refrigerator, a TV, and a microwave. Additional outdoor features include a convenient fifth bathroom (with a shower), a basketball hoop, a new foosball table in the garage, and a gas grill.

At night, you'll find four bedrooms on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the lower level. All of the bedrooms have TVs. Four of the bedrooms offer cable on the TVs as well, but you will need to provide your accounts and devices for streaming.

Things to Know
The fifth bathroom outside (with a toilet, sink, and hot/cold shower) is winterized and available during the pool season
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
