The kitchen provides a full suite of appliances and ample cookware to prepare meals, which you can share in the quaint dining space. The comfy queen-size bed offers quality lines, and the bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi is also provided for added convenience.

In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing all within a walk or short drive. Restaurants and shops in the ski valley are conveniently nestled within a leisurely stroll, while more entertainment can be found 30 minutes away in Taos.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No pets of any kind are allowed at this vacation home.
No sprinter vans are permitted.
Parking passes must be visible at all times or the vehicle may be towed at the guest(s) expense.
This ground-floor unit is accessed via six steps at the entryway.
The condo does not have air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
