It is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all bedrooms have a queen bed and one also has a bunk bed, sleeps 8 comfortably.

The house has new (2021/2022) AC units in all bedrooms and family room, high quality bedding, well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic outdoor spaces including a new (2021) 14' x 24' freshwater pool with a beautiful covered palapa area with a large, comfortable sectional. (palapa is exclusive to house guests, pool access is shared with 1 br apartment guests). Over 1000 sq ft' of pool decking. Note : effective march 24, 2024 the pool area is exclusive to Casa guests only. (With the exception of the time period of aug 29, 2024 - sept 10 2024 and January 14 - April 30 2025 - to honour previous bookings.).

Outside is a very large wrap around deck that is completely screened in.

We also supply beach towels, coolers, beach chairs (at the beach entrance). Foldable beach chairs and umbrellas also available at the house. Entrance between Henry Morgan Resort and Argentinian Grill.

We also have special arrangements with Gula Restaurant and Beachers restaurant for Casa familia guests for food discounts and beach lounger use.

We are happy to help you with any planning for your trip including arranging airport or ferry terminal pickup, car rental or island tours. We only recommend people we use personally.

We also have a golf cart avaiable for use to get around the neighbourhood, enquire at time of booking to reserve $10 per day or $50 per week. For use to drive in local area only, not on main road.

The Casa Familia property consists of three separate vacation rental options. Each has there own separate and secure access.
