Palmetto Porches ist ein 10 Schlafzimmer / 5 Badezimmer Haus, das direkt auf Perdido Bay und Palmetto Creek sitzt. Von der Bucht Seite von zu Hause können Sie die berüchtigten Eden Condominiums von Perdido Key, Florida zu sehen.

Das 2-stöckige Haus schläft 27 Personen bequem. Es gibt insgesamt 8 Kingsize-Betten, 2 Queen-Betten, Etagenbett (Zwilling und voll), Ausziehbett (2 Zwillinge) und ein Schlafsofa. Es gibt 5 Vollbäder mit Dusche / Wanne Combo in allen 5 Bäder. Die meisten Zimmer der 1. Ebene haben Zugang zu der Wrap-around-übergroßen Veranda. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher und das Haus verfügt über Internetanschluss.

Die Küche verfügt über Delfield Edelstahl-Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, Kenmore Elite Edelstahl Doppel-Backofen, glatte Top-Bereich, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. In der Waschküche befinden sich zwei Whirlpool-Waschmaschine und Trockner, Stand-alone-Full-Size-Gefrierschrank, Hoshizaki kommerziellen Eismaschine und Waschküche / Waschbecken.

The property was great for a large family gathering - a comfortable waterfront family home. Commercial refrigerator, 2 ovens a plus. The host, Melissa, was easy to contact. We would definitely stay again.

Family fun.

It was as pictured and priced fairly. My family enjoyed their stay and we should have stay at least one more day. There was plenty of room for family games and dinning on the porch. We absolutely loved the wrapped around porch!

Great Family Reunion!

This place was beyond expectation. The bedrooms were spread out and each family unit had their own bathroom. The Green egg grill was perfect! The young kids had a blast on the private beach. I highly recommend this place for a large gathering!

It's already been said, but the pictures do not do this home/location justice!

We stayed here as a family of 16 ranging in age from 3 to 77 and were perfectly comfortable. The layout was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location is prime! The private beach out the back and the boat slip and bay out front, plus a large yard for the kids and dogs to run in was incredible! We will most certainly request to stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

We had a three generation gathering of family, with a few friends mixed in. There was plenty of room for all ages to spread out- and plenty to do! The porch was huge and wrapped around. The view was on the bay. The bedrooms were great and plenty of them. The beach was good but the clam shells cut your feet so you need water shoes. We would recommend for families

An Idyllic Holiday

There's a little trepidation when you book online but the owners helped us through it by allowing an early visit to the property. She also answered every question we had and was extremely helpful overall. Every person in our group was smitten with spme part of the house. The wrap around porch was a hit. We brought our family down and our son and daughter-in-love got married on the property at sunset. We could not have chosen a better location. The house is beautiful! The porches are fantastic and the screened in back porch with it's rocking chairs and bed swing were a favorite hang out for all of us. The bedrooms are perfectly spaced and beds are comfy. We ranged in age from 18 to 75 and everyone enjoyed our stay. We will most certainly come back with our family. Ms. Melissa is the perfect Host!! She was always easy to reach and willing to help us in any way she could. We highly recommend this home!
Our son and daughter-in-love were married here at sunset. Beautiful venue for a small wedding and our Host Ms. Melissa is such a huge help!

A truly memorable experience!

My family and friends recently rented Palmetto Porches for the first time and it was fantastic! There were five families for a total of 20 people (10 adults and 10 children 5-14 in age) and we never for a second felt like we were on top of each other or cramped for space. Great views of Perdido Bay and the Palmetto Creek side provided great tubing and fishing for the kids. Would return to this home in a heartbeat.

Great beach house for a large extended family

We stayed at Melissa‘s house for a family reunion over memorial day weekend. This is a great house for a large family. We loved the outdoor space, the wide porches. We also enjoyed having the space of the the commercial size refrigerator and commercial icemaker in the laundry room. We had some questions about the house and Melissa was a great communicator. She answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again in the future.

WONDERFUL Spot for a Large Group

The photos really don't do this place justice. It is a HUGE, beautiful home with a fantastic kitchen (massive fridge and an industrial ice maker), big, sunny bedrooms, a spectacular wraparound porch, and a gorgeous private beach, complete with beach loungers, umbrellas, and even kayaks and paddle boats. We had our family reunion here, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out, relax, and play. Melissa is so kind and responsive, and she made us feel welcome and cared for. I can't recommend this property enough if you're looking for a great experience with a large group.

Family Christmas 2023

Our family of 15 ranging in age from 2-81 years of age go on a family trip for Christmas every year. So far we have never repeated houses or location. This might be the year that changes. This place was perfect and we had so much fun. It was on a quiet road surrounded by water with beautiful views. The porch was unlike any other. The Host Melissa became an instant friend and was so easy to communicate with. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The house is close enough to restaurants and entertainment to be convenient. We will most definitely be back!!!

Moss family vacation

23 people fit nicely. Vents and dryer ducts plugged. One bed had dirty sheets. Lots of kitchen stuff, towels and misc. kayaks, paddle boats were great. There were cockroaches, big ones and little ones. Closets were full of owners stuff and couldn’t be used. Some rooms didn’t have dressers so suitcases were put on floor. Only two trash bins is not enough. Water pressure was great and air conditioning worked very well.

This review is very disappointing! I communicated with Bob several times. He never mention any of the above items during his stay. He did mention that one dryer was not drying too good. I called a Maintence guy to come over after Bob departed. The lint tray was full as well as the hose behind the dryer. He cleaned both dryers and that problem is solved! This is a family beach house that we love sharing with other families and there are items in closets. I apologize. We have a pest control service. I have never seen any roaches small or large. I I would have been happy to call our pest control service. I am not sure about the dirty sheet issue. I assume these are the missing sheets when Bob’s group departed. We take pride in providing families with great experience. We have made many friends and have many repeats. I am very sorry about the above issues. If I had only known, I would have addressed them as soon as possible.😎

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was great! It was better than we expected! It was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Small private beach was very nice. We loved the porches! We spent a lot of time out on the porches enjoying the view and playing when it was raining. There was even a bonus....a Sonic icemaker! Perfect Family Gathering Location

We had an amazing experience at this lovely home. It was the perfect location for our extended family to gather and spend time together. The private beach was ideal for our young children to play, and adults and kids alike loved kayaking in the bay. The huge screened porch was our favorite place to gather as a family and relax together. Added bonuses included a nugget (Sonic-style) ice machine on site and 2 washers and dryers for our large family in the laundry room. Melissa was very responsive and a gracious host throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic beach home, was perfect!

We really enjoyed the home for our wedding guests for memorial day weekend. Our friends had a great time and we enjoyed the spacious rooms and excellent wrap around patio / beach area. The pictures do not do this place justice! Melissa was very helpful and flexible with our needs for the weekend and was a pleasure to work with - highly recommended.

Hurricane Evacuation vacation

I can't say enough fantastic things about Mrs Melissa who rented this property to us. It was a last minute hurricane evacuation from our home and she was so sweet and accommodating. It was such a beautiful and peaceful property to relax and lay out and enjoy some sun. Plenty of space for a large group. We hope to stay there again!

More beautiful than a photo can do justice. This house is immaculate. There is ample space for a family reunion. Fully enclosed porch means weather never matters, EVEN THE RAINY DAYS ARE BEAUTIFUL!! WHAT?? My family had the best time we couldn't imagine. Even the neighbors are hospitable to ensure you enjoy your time. I thank you Melissa for working with all of our needs, and always being available if needed. The view of the Coast, the Gulf waters, the dolphins(we saw dolphins, from the driveway-view of water), the moonlight over the bay, and the rocked-in beach that personalizes your own beach, are a few of the things you'll enjoy on your stay here. This property had everything we needed for our family reunion. We had 24 people in our party and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room and things to do. Excellent family vacation!

The home was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 23, and the kids never ran out of things to do. Was great being on the bay side where the water was much calmer and the kids could play without the fear of riptides. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Fabulous family vacation!

We have stayed here before with our extended family! We will definitely be back! I wish I could share pictures of the fun had with my family. We had game nights on the screened in porch and spent our days playing in the water or the private beach. The property manager is great from booking to the time we left. Always quick to answer a question!

Booked this property for a family reunion! It was perfect!!!! Will book again and again.

We absolute loved palmetto porches! It had everything we could have wanted and everything we needed to have the perfect beach vacation. Our group was large and a variety of ages , everyone was comfortable! Beds were amazing! Amenities wonderful! Beach clean and beautiful! Kayaks were a bonus and the family relaxed, played and made memories. That’s what we came for! Thank you so much!!! This property deserves more than 5 stars !!!
