THE PROPERTY

This Two (2) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features a comfortable decor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has one (1) queen bed. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway.
The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million-dollar view!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This condo was perfect for us!

We absolutely loved this condo! It had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The master shower was soooo nice! I wish I had that at home! We loved the large balcony and spent a lot of time out there. The fireplace was relaxing in the evening. Great location and great hot tub on the premises. Loved how beachball provided some toiletries and some nice touches. They were also very responsive when I called with some questions after hours. Zero complaints. We will definitely stay here next time! Thank you!

Great Location (CLEAN)

This was a great property with tons of space for our family. The location on the beach was also great and easy access. Inside of the unit was very clean and updated, we have never stayed in one with better design, layout, and cleanliness as this one. Would absolutely stay again.

This was an amazing vacation trip for the three of us. The condo was great, clean, and comfy with a great view. The beds are comfortable along with the chairs on the patio. There are plenty of kitchen items for meal preparation. The communication was very good from Beachball Properties prior to and during the vacation. The only issue was with the key code to the gate for the beach. The key code was incorrect in the email for the time period we were there.

First time in Gulf Shores

Beautiful property with great decor and location. Loved the fireplace and master shower. Kitchen was well stocked. Description very well matched the actual condo. We would stay here again!
