Escape to this beautifully updated lakefront home for some much-needed R &R. Enjoy beautiful sunrises in direct view of Mount Konocti. Our home is a great spot for weekend group getaways or week long family vacations When you're not enjoying premier bass fishing or firing up the grill for a tasty barbecue, explore Clear Lake State Park or sample wine from local award-winning wineries.! Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for a vacation on the water. The possibilities are endless and will surely please the whole crew!
It is our desire that all guests have an enjoyable time. We have fitted the house and amenities accordingly. We wish to ensure that we provide you with a 5 star stay!
The kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking ~ it is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, basic spices and olive oil. There is a BBQ grill on the upper deck. The dining table can seat up to 6 people with two at the kitchen bar and an additional six on the outdoor deck table.
INDOOR LIVING: Modern furnishings, natural light, interior lake views. Lower living space with flat screen Smart TV allows for some separate enjoyment time as well. Downstairs wet bar. Linens and towels provided.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Two covered decks with lakefront views, outdoor TV, pool/table tennis, hot tub, propane gas grill, lounge chairs, fire table and deck heater. Boat rental services are within walking distance from the house (during season) and a free community boat ramp access is nearby. You need to take care of vessel inspection before launching.
The lake is constantly changing; after several years of drought the lake is again full. However, the depth and condition of lake fluctuates with the seasons. We work to provide access to our floating dock and pier for your enjoyment but cannot guarantee lake level and condition.
GENERAL: 240v outlet in garage, free Wi-Fi, linens/towels, central heat & air conditioning, beach towels, hair dryers, first aid kit, trash bags, paper towels, pets welcome (with a fee). Separate laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing equipment. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and don't forget the outdoors!
PARKING: 1-2 car garage, Carport (2 vehicles), gated. Your boat trailer should fit. 240v outlet in garage; please bring your own cable/cord for EV.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules).
IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO GATE AROUND THE HOT TUB BUT IT IS COVERED. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN The pier and dock do not have railing. It is recommended that children wear flotation devices when playing on or around the pier or lake wall. * Due to the current drought and low lake levels the pier is high above ground and extreme caution should be used when entering the pier/dock area. You are responsible for the safety of guests, children, and yourself around all water (and current non water) areas.*
There are security Ring cameras at our house. There is one motion detector/security camera above the garage. The second is off the back deck for security and to monitor the lake water level for our docks.
This property is lakefront thus all types of wildlife visitors are to be expected. Though gated and secure, flood lights can be triggered by our furry visitors. Please keep all screen doors closed to decrease your annoyance of our flying friends. The house and deck are regularly visited by pest control and webbed but visits from multi-legged insects cannot be avoided.
We ask that you respect the house and just as important you must be respectful of the neighbor's privacy. That means, please take the party inside late at night. If this is not a guideline that is a good match, then we are not a good fit.
