Guests can walk two blocks to St. Charles Avenue for the uptown Mardi Gras parades. Inside, you'll find restored vintage features including hardwood floors and exposed original brickwork alongside updated amenities and decor. Visiting chefs will love the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a wine cooler) and plenty of countertop prep space.

Meet up for formal meals in the dining area with a gorgeous table for eight, and then pick from one of two living spaces including one adjacent to the kitchen with a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And outside, take advantage of the fenced yard, or sit out on the furnished front porch or upper-level balcony and sip your mint julep while you watch the world go by.
