This was the best place! Felt perfectly at home and loved having a backyard for the dog to play fetch. The beds were very comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. Very conveniently located to everything and especially appreciated the very quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again when visiting Hot Springs.

Everything was really great. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, super clean, comfortable beds and furnahings, and most importantly the a/c was adequate for helping keep the whole house comfortable while we were there during an extreme heat spell (temps were pushing triple digits every day during our stay). We will definitely stay here again, whenever we return to Hot Springs.

Front door would not respond to code provided. One text message and the lock clicked and the code worked. Obviously someone had forgotten to activate the code prior to our checkin shortly after the communicated check-in time. It was a minor hitch, all the rest of the stay went well.

We had a great weekend. There was plenty of comfortable room for our family of five. It was easy to find, easy to check into, and conveniently located about 6 minutes from the convention center where we had an event. We would recommend this house to anyone.

FFA fun!

Our son was scheduled to win several awards, so we were there for Arkansas FFA convention. Everything was as pictured and better! Lots of elbow room; beds for everyone while our son stayed at Camp Couchdale. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next year!

This is a great property in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and comfortable. We had issues working the washer. and setting the timer on the stove. The layout worked well for us being able to visit and play games together and my husband especially liked watching the rabbit in the backyard.

Business travel with small kids.

This house is adorable! The layout is great at maximizing the use of the square footage. The back yard is great for letting the kids run off some energy. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood close to the hospital, and the neighbors were super friendly. Definitely recommend.

House was nice but neighborhood is rough. Nothing was cleaned before check-in. Had to go somewhere else for 4 hours after check in (8 PM) to be cleaned. Won’t be going back. Left 2 days early.

Thank you look for your review. I do confess that we had a communication error with the cleaning people and the house was not ready for you upon your arrival. We apologized for the inconvenience and as soon as you notified us , we sent the cleaning crew over to clean the property while you and your family went and had dinner. . It took the cleaning crew an hour to reset the house, not 4. We offered to treat you to dinner but you declined. You were very kind and understanding about the issue. I haven’t had any guests complain about the quality of the neighborhood. It is a middle-class neighborhood, a great location and no crime that I’m aware of, and it’s just down the street from national park hospital. So I am hoping that you would tell us why are you felt that it was a rough neighborhood. Did something happen?
