Welcome to your own private home on your own private lot with all the amenities! This 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage comes with a million dollar view & sits perfectly located in the booming Bayshore Arts District in Naples. Quiet neighborhood location but close to beaches & fun things to do! Beautiful wild life and tropical plants abound. Fish and kayak right out your back door. Relax on the back porch where there's always a breeze or take a rest in the hammock or chaise lounger. We provide two beach cruiser bikes to explore the area and two kayaks to explore the lagoon. Bike over to the Botanical Gardens or one of the many restaurants close by. The pickle ball capital of the world is 3 minutes down the street! Paradise found!

You are just blocks away from the award winning waterfront Celebration Food Truck Park, Botanical Gardens, Micro-breweries, Art Galleries, restaurants and so much more. Walk over to the award winning chic Mediterranean restaurant, The Med. Short drive over to amazing Downtown Naples 5th Ave So and it's beautiful white sand beaches, shopping and so may great restaurants. You are also less than a mile away from the Naples Pickle Ball Center (NPC- East Naples Location), home of the US Open Pickle Ball Championships! (If you play pickle ball, you will be in HEAVEN!!! Use our complimentary bikes and kayaks during your stay or rent a street legal golf cart from Electric Motion right at the end of our street. So much to do!

The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Lots of thoughtful touches. Only 4 stars out of 5 as we didn’t consider the bikes safe enough to use. This type of bike without brakes or gears seemed to be common in this area but we didn’t feel confident to take them on the road. Also disappointed that although we were staying for 2 nights there were only 3 coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Hi Peggy, I wish you would’ve asked me about the bikes! Beach Cruisers are commonly used in Florida and very popular. Of course they have brakes, but they are applied when pushing backwards on pedal (no hand brakes) I hate getting a less than 5 STAR review : ( Complimentary Coffee pods are provided as a start for your stay, as are a few creamers, mini shampoos, filtered water and some snacks. I try to prevent the need to have to run to grocery store as soon as you arrive so I provide a few staples! I’m glad you loved the accommodations and Naples area!

Cosy, clean and great fishing

The property is small inside but cute and as pictured. The outside is wonderful and there is lots to do nearby. The fishing was excellent, lots of snook and tarpon! You will enjoy your stay. The owner is great and accommodating. The park nearby is great for walking.

The cottage was very clean and had a private setting feeling. We walked around and felt safe and we visited the Mexican restaurant close to us. My only request would be more firewood for a fire at night!

cozy getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our 6 night stay. The available bikes and kayaks were put to good use. Good location near the Botanical Gardens and short drive to 5th Avenue. The trailer is a bit smaller than we are used to but it had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The hosts live nearby and were very attentive. We will be back.

RELAXING Getaway

The lovely property was very clean, located right on the water. The way everything is set up gives you privacy. Robin has everything you could need right at your fingertips. From the hammocks, bikes, canoes to the firepit and seating. There great maps that direct you to all of the local attractions. It was a lovely stay. I highly recommed!!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. All of the basics were available. The hosts responded promptly with information. The location was close to the area we have stayed in before, so convenient to visit with friends and our favorite places. I found a yoga studio about two blocks away. That was a welcome bonus!

Beautiful Lagoon Setting

Everything and more was provided for this beautiful lagoon spot. Extra snacks and drinks were provided. We had fun kayaking in the lagoon. The interior was perfect for two. Only downsides were no cable TV and construction noise during the day. We'll be back.

Thank you for your great review! I did see that the house across the lagoon was putting up the framing for the roof. I hope it wasn't too bad. We don't specifically have cable but we do have lots of options for streaming and watching shows. We use a Roku so you can access all of your accounts such as Hulu, Prime tv, Netflix, etc but it also has a guide where you can watch all kinds of free channels. I will add more specific instructions for use of the remote. I appreciate your feedback and glad you had a nice stay and so glad you used the kayaks!

Lovely cottage

This very lovely cottage is a true tropical paradise. The place was spotless. It is easy to find things because Robin has everything clearly labeled. The place is decorated so nice and Robin really thought of all the little extra touches. We did not even have to go out to buy tissues! A perfect romantic weekend stay for my husband and I. We enjoyed the bikes and even had a fire one evening in the chiminea. We will definitely want to stay again the next time we are in Naples. Thank you again for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Couldn't have asked for better!

Great place! Just enough space for the two of us. View is wonderful and we spent our evenings sitting outside around the chiminea, which is our favorite thing to do back home. Loved being close to fun things to do and Naples Beach is just a short drive. The place is exceptionally clean, which was a bonus for us neatfreaks! Was a little apprehensive pulling into the immediate area the night we got there because some of the modular homes were a little sketchy, but the area seems to be going through a redevelopment. New homes going in and modulars being updated. All in all we give this place a 5!

great back yard!

porch and back yard were beyond outstanding...the highlight of the stay the bedroom was too small, and we could not both fit our clothes in there.Also, the toilet-seat was wobbly and off centre. property was well cared for and clean, with lots of extra little things to make our stay more comfortable All in all a very nice place.

Glad you loved the property! That porch is so relaxing! Not sure what happened but the toilet seat is repaired. The king size bed doesn’t leave room for a lot of storage space but there’s room for 1 large suitcase on one side of closet and there’s a 5 drawer dresser on other side with hanging room as well. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay for a beach getaway Robin & Tom has got you covered. This adorable property was in a great location surrounded by tons of unique restaurants and just minutes away from the beach. Robin & Tom thought of everything guest might need for a beach getaway and you literally can come empty handed and have everything you need. They have complimentary bikes, kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, bluetooth speakers, and so much more. The property was adorable, clean, well kept, and peaceful...beach vibes everywhere. Robin & Tom where great hosts and communicated with us often to ensure our stay was going well. Definitely recommend and will be coming back if we return to Naples!

Perfect Relaxation Spot!

Thank you for a wonderful place to relax! Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants in Naples! Everything we needed was available for us including chairs, cooler, and towels for the beach! Ice machine in refrigerator was great too - never had to buy ice! The outside is what makes this property the best spot with the palms and other surroundings making it peaceful and private. The neighborhood was so quiet we felt like nobody else was around! We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommnend this spot for Naples visitors! Location, location, location! Close to so many great spots yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and it has the best back porch to relax on with a spectacular view of a natural salt water lagoon.

This is such a great location! There is so much to do without even getting in a car. Great Italian restaurant & cool Art Gallery at the end of our street. Award winning Celebration Food Park and local favorite, The Real McCaw is just blocks away. Naples Pickleball Center less than a mile down the road. Naples Botanical Gardens is also just around the corner. You are close to the action but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you just want to relax, just step out the back door onto the tranquil, shady back porch and watch the sights of Florida.
