Settle into a serene coastal living along the shores of Mobile Bay at this luxurious beach house just minutes from Gulf Shores attractions and beaches. Public beach access at Mobile Street to Bon Secour beach access is only about 10 minutes away! Two championship golf courses (Kiva Dunes and Peninsula) are also located just a few minutes away. Soak in sunset vistas from the covered deck or head down to the private dock dry bar for waterfront cocktails for the perfect end to carefree days.

The raised, single-level interior features a bright, open floor plan and modern amenities providing all the comforts of home. The gourmet island kitchen boasts gorgeous, custom counters and a sleek array of stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range and dry bar with a dedicated beverage/wine cooler. There's seating for six at the breakfast bar and full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for eight. Electric, leather sofa recliners and an arm chair provide a comfortable place to unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. All bedrooms feature their own new smart televisions as well.

A ground-floor studio is equipped with a full-size fridge, television, sound system, bathroom, and open bunk room/living area. Outside, a paved patio offers more opportunities for outdoor gathering and waterfront cookouts on the private gas grill. An outdoor shower with hot and cold running water provides a convenient way to rinse off after visiting the beach. Complimentary kayak and paddle board available with a signed liability waiver.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
