Newly constructed with superior amenities that include an indoor heated saltwater pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, theater with a 70” flat screen TV, dual see-through fireplace in the master, spacious baths, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops all within convenient access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests. With three levels to spread out, you will enjoy the beautiful décor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master suite is on the main level and awaits you with a full bath, a private potty, a bedside jacuzzi with a see-through fireplace, and a flat-screen TV/DVD. The upper level has two king-size bedrooms with a flat-screen TV/DVD and en-suite bathrooms. The loft overlooking the great room has a pool table and games to keep you entertained for hours. There is a pool table, air hockey table, and multi-cade. The lower level has a bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV/DVD, and a full en-suite bathroom. The theater is also on the lower level and sports a 70” flat-screen TV and DVD player. Don’t forget about the indoor heated saltwater pool (Temperature set at 82 Degrees). There are spacious decks to enjoy grilling out, a soak in the hot tub, and some quiet time in the sauna. You will not be disappointed with this four-bedroom, 5 ½ bath luxury home.

Excellent! Close to downtown

We picked this property due to the proximity to Rocky Top Sports World, but we loved the area over all. House was clean and as expected. The only thing negative we encountered was at night, you could hear the people next door on their porch very loudly because the houses are so close. It wasn't a huge deal to us but keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We loved the location of the property! It was so clean and each room smelled wonderful and a bathroom in every room. There’s only 2 towels per bathroom, so, plan to do laundry or bring extra. The home had a mini arcade, small pool and a large table to eat as a family. My only complaint is the room off of the pool. It is not a home meant for small children. I would say 8/10 on the age as the room in the pool area was added stress while there. The view is beautiful and we have no complaints on anything else. Highly recommend the home if you ha be older children…. Communication was steady with the owner and a lot of useful information was provided.

aside from the fact there is not bathtub (only tub was closed for repairs), the stay was great. good location to get to either Gatlinburg downtown or Pigeon Forge without great difficulty Would recommend and stay there again

House was beautiful. Very clean. Fireplace in master bedroom did not work. Area was nice, house convenient to convention centers. A few things to note. Basic items that most of the VRBO rentals have had were missing. We rent a lot of these types of homes. Most have spices, foil, ziploc bags and coffee filters. This one had none. Bring towels, paper towels and toilet paper. They tell you in the rental agreement one towel per person,

Beauty and Adventure at Serenity Peak

We had 8 adults and we loved the spacious common areas- Plenty of room to eat and play games- Everything was clean, beautiful and made it an amazing vacation. Loved the outside decks, pools, hot tubs and game room. Only downside was the rocks on walkway and steps were treacherous when wet and even had an injury stepping off in dry conditions, Watch where you step off porch!!! Overall we loved it and made so many memories!!!

Great trip!

This was a great house with tons of amenities! The only thing I would mention is that there is almost no signage on how to exit the community. The entrance is a one way street and the exit is in a completely different direction. It took us about 3 days before we figured out how to legally leave the neighborhood. Otherwise- we loved our trip!

Serenity Peak Vacay

The kids loved the indoor pool and movie room. Adults made good use of multiple deck areas and the hot tub. Location was simple to get too. Cabin was newer construction. Slight issue with dirty towel still in the cabin and not enough towels or TP for the group size, but a call to management took care of that. Main floor bedroom is quite cooler than the rest of the place. Technician was called and came out twice but problem was unable to be fixed quickly. That was a shame, especially since reviews from months prior had mentioned that same problem. Overall the property was fine and suited our needs.

Great Getaway

Great location!! Close to the national park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but felt nestled away! The house was clean and spotless. The group enjoyed the game room and theater room. Our only things to note were there weren’t any pool toys and the towels provided are one per person and on the small side. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect for our family getting away for a quick weekend. Close proximity to activities but secluded enough that we never had to get in the overcrowded tourist areas. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed for comfort and entertainment. We only left for food a couple of times!
