Weekend trip

There was plenty for the kids to do and they enjoyed it. There were a few broken things that we notated to owner when we got there, but nothing major or that hindered our stay. Beds were comfortable. The only issue was the downstairs bedrooms seemed a bit hot at night, even with the thermostat set to 69. And the trash can was full outside - we didn’t notice until after the 2nd night when we had trash to take out, so we had to leave the bags of trash inside. By that time we noticed it, it was really too late for the owner to take care of, but she did respond quickly and apologized

Family weekend

The first impression of the cabin was that it was nice. We stayed 3 nights. The pool was awesome and was a treat to have one that didn't have to be shared. The kitchen had what we needed. The cabin was clean on first glance and comfortable. Check in was easy and management was very nice and accommodating. The property was nice enough but there were a couple of things I wasn't thrilled about if I'm totally honest. The walls must be thin because you could hear any and everything going on outside and inside between the rooms. One of the upstairs window units wasn't doing its job of cooling the room. In their defense though, I didn't call management because one in our party didn't wind up coming due to sickness so we didn't need the room after all. I'm sure they would have come to fix it if I had called them. The worst thing was whoever cleaned the place before us missed the half eaten cheese and crackers under the open bottom area of the nightstand and the other half eaten cheese and cracker that was shoved between the edge of the matress and boxsprings. The matress slide a little and it was sitting right there. I honestly don't know how the cleaning people missed it if they were doing everything they are expected to do between stays. To end on a positive note though, considering everything, our stay had a few glitches but all in all it was still a positive experience.

Great Cabin!

Our family of 12 had a great time here! The cabin was very clean. The kids loved the pool. Hot tub stayed nice and hot our whole stay! The management was so quick to reply to anything we needed and checked in on us via text throughout our stay! Easy check in/check out process! Would definitely stay here again!

Fall break Family weekend

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay! The owners were wonderful! The cabin was spacious and clean, the pool area was spotless and the kiddos loved it! Games on the second floor were a hit as well! Great family getaway!

Perfect

The cabin is as good as it can get. It was clean, and check in was very easy. Communication was better than any other in the area. Inside the cabin the pool was perfect for our family. The porch and views were more than we expected. Yes, we even had a bear outside our porch one morning.We love the area, close to everything but far enough away.No worries, just book the cabin, we will again.

Little get away time

The house was very clean upon our arrival. We originally planned to stay for three nights but changed it to four, which the property manager took care of with no problems. The only downfall to me was that it was so close to other cabins but it was a quiet neighborhood. Overall our family enjoyed our time here.

Great trip!

Communication with property manager was excellent! Location perfect. We had four couples so we loved having four adult (no bunk room!) bedrooms with ensuites! Very hard to find! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Cabin

The property was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a little warm in the cabin on the first evening there, but our property manager responded to my text very quickly and sent someone out to look at the AC within 30 minutes. He had the cabin cooled off soon after. I cannot recommend this cabin enough. The cabin was terrific, the view was amazing, and the property manager was the best!!

Return customers.

This was a return visit. We love this cabin. We will continue to return. I would recommend this cabin over and over. Enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, yet still close enough to enjoy each other’s company. The pool table and arcade games gave hours of enjoyment. And the pool and hot tub were a hit as always. This is a great cabin for our group which ranged from ages 9 to 68.

House had everything we needed. Quite area but close to grocery stores, activities and great restaurants. Pool and hot tub were pristine! Our mobile phone service (AT&T) was spotty but we’ve found that’s true of many places in the mountains. Recommend this cabin 10/10.

Great Cabin and location

The property listing and description do not do justice for this amazing property. 15 minutes from almost anything in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville and 25 minutes or so from Gatlinburg. The only downside was the twisty roads getting there, with sharp drop offs, but that has nothing to do with the property or location at all. Just a little side note. Everything about the cabin was perfect, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Vacation 2024

We had a great time. The cabin was only 15-20 minutes away from all attractions. The pool was a hit for the kids and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The only suggestion that I have is to make some updates. The quilts in the bedrooms were quite out of date and the pans and cookie sheets needed to be replaced. But overall it was a great experience.
