Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home near Spanish Springs. This is a 2 bedroom home, each with a bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a private en-suite. The second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and has the common full bathroom right next to it. There is also a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have dressers for long-term stays.

The large modern kitchen is fully loaded and is suited for both long - and short-term stays! This home is centrally located close to Spanish springs - 2 min cart ride on back roads and if you want to head over to Sumpter Landing ..10 min. A 4-person electric cart is included with a rental agreement signed. You're going to love all the amenities that this area provides, enjoying music at village centers, great restaurants, community pools.

A note for guests.. no mailbox use is allowed so please do not have mail sent to the Mailbox which is not on the property.

We enjoyed our time in The Villages. Our host provided information before arriving. The house was very welcoming and we liked the accomodations a great deal. We loved that there was a golf cart provided for our use during the stay. We would recommend this as a great vacatuon spot.

This was an awesome experience from the host being more than helpful, kind, and courteous, to the very comfortable friendly home! Close to Spanish springs square and the golf cart to get around! I would recommend this house to everyone! Would book again in the future!

We had a great time staying at Susan’s house. The house had everything you need to cook, or enjoy the area including a golf cart. Susan promptly ordered and had our guest passes ready for us. We did have a housekeeping issue that was handled immediately as soon as Susan was aware of the issue. The outdoor furniture and grill was older but that didn’t affect our wonderful stay.Susan always kept in contact and always responded quickly even though she was vacationing herself.

Great spot for visiting family!

Beautifully updated house centrally located. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The mattresses weren’t terribly supportive…but our stay was only two nights. Overall…an excellent option!

Perfect villa rental in The Villages

You don't find rentals with all the personal touches found in this villa. The host has thought of everything from bathroom essentials to beautifully stocked kitchen with spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, filters etc. Truly a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent. Will certainly stay here again!

Villages review

The property was immaculate and very easy check in process. I really enjoyed staying at this property and I highly recommend it. Use of the golf cart was a great bonus to get to and from the village squares! Everything we needed was there. Place is decorated very nice with modern amenities. I would stay here again.

Very nice property. We very much enjoyed our stay

Overall our stay was great. The only thing to critique would be the patio furniture and grill needed to be cleaned up as we would have used the grill if it had been. Also there was no local TV available.

If you had messaged me to let me know you couldn't figure out how to turn on the local stations I could have told u how. It's a smart TV so there is more to the TV then just Local /Live TV also.. I didn't get any communication from you regarding patio furniture so not sure what the issue was but it does sit outside... and weather happens. I do provide a blower for blowing patio in between cleanings since it does rain and get windy. Sorry can't control that.

Great location and clean. We didnt utilize golf cart but it was a nice one. Better then the pictures displayed. 2 of the Villages squares were within 10 min drive. Try to book early if you want access to pools nearby. We booked last minute for mini getaway.

Villa Tortuga

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Susan was very friendly to work with as she tended to all our needs. Kinda wished to golf cart could have went farther than 5 miles but we had fun riding around in it.

If you go 2.5 miles in most directions you've gone beyond the golf cart trails anyways.. and to get to Brownstown it would take forever as the Electric carts go slow. The villages has a limit on where golf carts can go so Ive never personally found it to be an issue at all. But I'm super glad everything else was good! Thank you for staying!!
