Both open up to a covered lanai with a fully enclosed screened in hot tub/pool. Relax with south facing views of the water and animal rich conservation lands. This villa is fully air conditioned with Free WiFi and a game room(Foosball Table, billiards, and pac man arcade). Emerald Island Resort is a gated community with many included activities. Enjoy the community pool and hot tub with full service bar. There is also mini golf, basketball, tennis, volleyball and an 11 acre nature walk available for all guests to enjoy. Uber/lyft, Amazon prime, food and other delivery services are available within the resort.

Emerald island resort is a 24 hour security gated community with 2 heated pools, sauna, Tiki-bar, free wifi, fitness center, mini golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and 3 playgrounds. Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a pavement winding through it.

Other things to note

Pool/Spa Heat
If guests paid for pool/spa heat the pool heater will be programmed between 85- 86 degrees. The pool/spa’s water temperature is maintained by a heat pump heater that will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. The colder the outdoor temperature is, the less efficient the pool/spa will heat. The pool may be cool in the mornings as the heater can not run 24/7 so it is off overnight. If guests don’t pay for pool/spa heat, the spa will not be heated as they are both heated by the same unit. Use of spa jets can be turned on with timer dial on the exterior wall of the house closest to the spa.
