The outdoor living space is wonderful. The beautiful private pool with plenty of room for sunbathing is perfect for entertaining. The nearby sunroom is adorable and inviting, with a dining table that seats 6.

Further inside, the living-dining area is quaint, clean, open and bright. All the furniture is new as of 2020, so no old flamingo and peacock furniture here.

The living room has a large TV and full sleeper sofa, the dining table comfortably seats 6. A guest room, queen, has a private bath, the other guest room with two twins and TV.

Point Three is in a quiet golf cart-friendly community, with easy access to Front Beach Road and Highway 98. You’re going to love this colorful section of beachy paradise. Enjoy!

We loved it here! It was clean and well maintained on the inside and outside. The pool was very nice to have. We would stay here again. The walk to the beach was not bad. We had a wagon and carried our chairs. Would recommend for a family of 4!

Amazing place to stay - we were disappointed in cleanliness as we had holes in our sheets and stains on our sheets but other than that a beautiful home and vacation with the perfect pool!

Family Spring Break Vacation

We loved this property and the location. Back yard with the pool was fantastic for my children. We really wished the pool was heated, especially for Spring Break. Proximity to the breach was great and neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Great family getaway!

Wonderful place for a family. Great outdoor space and pool, short walk to the beach, and quaint little neighborhood. Loved the starter set of products that saved making a trip to the store too! Super clean and well furnished for all of our needs.

Great home with a nice pool and quiet neighborhood!

The home is nice and has everything you would expect in a vacation home. The pool is fantastic and well kept. I have zero complaints and will be back again next year. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to enjoy PCB but out of the busy area close to the pier.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This house was the perfect spot for our annual family weekend at the beach! Beach access was about a 5 min walk, loved having the beach wagon to haul our stuff! The host was very responsive and answered every question we had! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Stay!! Very accommodating with easy access to beach, however, with pool in backyard there was no need to leave unless we went on bike rides (great touch). Can't say enough about how great of a time we had. Thank you

A Dream Vacation Rental ✨️

This was truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, the queen in the master was a dream to sleep on and the pool was absolutely an oasis!! The neighborhood was quiet and folks were very kind. The trip to the beach is close and are some of the cleanest most beautiful beaches I have ever visited 😍 The location was close to evrything! Perfect for Family - Very Clean & Fresh - Conveniently Located

Staying at this home was a great experience all around. The owner did a great job communicating before and during our stay. This may be the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in, and everything was new & updated. Walking to the beach was quick and convenient. The pool was a great size for the kids to play and the backyard was private. We enjoyed the lawn furniture and ate most meals on the screened porch. Terrific Experience!!

This house was a little outside the area we typically stay but had a great little beach access. The house is tight, but when you spend most of your time outdoors it fits all your needs and we would definitely stay here again! As another guest mentioned, the house is minimally stocked. They provide bath towels, a broom, dust pan, vacuum and a few toiletries to get you through the first few days. Be sure to pack your beach towels and hair dryer. The only comment I would make is on the washing machine. It is a front loader and you can tell it has been closed after loads countless times because the rim was covered in mold and smelled of mildew. I wiped it down and left it open for the duration of our trip to try and help dry it out. The pool was a hit with the kids and when they were over the beach it was a great way to stay cool. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect for a couple or small family

House was clean and furnished with everything you need! There was ample seating everywhere, including outside. The pool was beautiful and I loved the tanning ledge. Floating on the raft in the sun was the highlight of my trip! It was very easy to check in, the hosts were in contact with us prior to check in and check out. We did not need any additional help, but if we would have I have no doubt the host would have been responsive! The location is also great, walking distance to the beach and near our favorite restaurants!

Relaxing getaway.

We wanted a place to sit in the sun by a pool. The landscaping out back is excellent for exactly that. The porch was perfect in the rain. One more comfy spot for sitting in the living room would be a nice addition. The "standard" coffee maker is a pod style, not loose grounds with filter and pot.

Wonderful vacation home.

Perfect for my husband and me. We travel 2-4 times per year to a house with a pool in Florida. Looking for an area to potentially retire. This is one of the top 3. The house was cute and clean. But the pool was magnificent. If we weren’t in the pool, we were in the sunroom, where we opened all the windows. The backyard is beautiful but needs some shade. The 7 minute walk to the beach was a bit tough in 100 degree weather. But we did like the location overall. Needs more hooks to hang beach towels and bathing suits. We had a lovely time.

Everything about this stay was great. The house was easy to find. The outside was neat and clean and located in a neighborhood. We didn't see many people and there was no noise - it was very quiet. The walk to the beach is about a 5 minute walk - the beach wagon was perfect for transporting our beach stuff. The house is nicely decorated and SUPER clean. The pictures on VRBO really don't do it justice. Kitchen was well equipped. Living space was inviting and comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you'd - soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels. I really can't say enough about the house - it was like being at home. The best benefit is the host. They provided everything needed and were super responsive if we had any questions. And, they were so kind even when had the answers right in front of us! We are planning on many other stays this summer and in years to come. Just can't say enough good things about this vacation experience!

Cute but a few things to note

What we liked: the pool is a bit small but it is very nice to have and a pretty blue color; the covered back patio with ceiling fan; the privacy of the backyard; variety of seating options outside; having many things you might need starter stocked for you - small hand soap, dish soap, towels, sheets, paper towel roll, toilet paper roll; the guest hulu available and wifi. What we didn't like: the house was mostly visibly clean but I always inspect and the toilets were not very clean, faucets didn't look wiped, fridge shelves were not cleaned and the floor wiped up dirty. So I did end up cleaning things when we first got there and we ended up wearing socks or flip flops inside because I couldn't find what I needed to mop - which is maybe why the floors were dirty? No crumbs, so you could tell they had vacuumed or swept, which is good, just dirt when wet wiping. If you don't like to feel you are living with the last guests bring a few extra little cleaning things in case you have a similar experience but other reviewers haven't noted it so perhaps it was a fluke. Things to know - they may or may not matter to you but we thought we'd note them: there is no shade in the backyard save for if you want to move a couple of chairs under the short palm tree - it was hot! but we figured out how to set up one of our beach umbrellas up and made it work; there is not a grill and just one baking sheet and larger cooking pan so depending on what you want to cook take note; the cutting board is under the sink (found it half way through the trip); there is not a blender; there is not a tv in the master bedroom; it is a longer walk to the beach than we thought based on reviews but is manageable if you use the beach cart and don't have to make multiple trips back and forth. Oh and you are not in the heart of PCB so there are less stores, restaurants, and people. We were looking for quiet and relaxing so this worked for us but just a note if you are used to a different part of PCB or are looking to walk to get dinner, etc. The house, neighborhood, and especially the backyard are nice. We enjoyed our much needed break here. Thanks for sharing the property with us!

Very Clean, well located property. Actually the distance to the beach is closer than what I imagined from Google. Easy walk, even for small kids. Pool in perfect for kids. Everything to make the stay enjoyable. From First Aid kit to beach wagon, nothing is missing.

Fantastic Vacation Spot!

The house was perfect for our family of four. Having the pool and only being a short walk from the beach were huge benefits to us. The house has everything that we needed during our stay and the communication with the owner was great! We would certainly book this house again in the future!
