Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 40 m² living area with a double sofa bed (190x155) and a dining area
– An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
– Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190).
– A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside:
– An 8 m² balcony overlooking the vast Castagniccia valley, with a beautiful peak, San Pedrone, directly opposite, and a view over the village rooftops; the balcony is furnished with a parasol so you can enjoy the sun and have breakfast.

The flat is situated in the heart of the village of Crocicchia, in a very peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, such as a butcher’s in the village, the U Mercatu delicatessen in Ortiporiu (2 km), the U San Petru restaurant in Campile, and so on.

Activities:
– Tour and tasting of local beer at the K’orsu microbrewery.
– Walking and cycling.
– Kayaking on the river, 20 minutes from the village.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
A car is essential if you want to make the most of the region.
