This listing is for The Barn at Fairway Farm. This self contained two bedroom unit has 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen & living room. Enjoy the covered porch where you can see the blueberry fields and relax.

Our goal is to make your visit memorable. Start your stay with a complimentary welcome appetizer. The kitchen has a single serve coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods and 12 cup pot or opt for our complimentary daily coffee service delivered each morning.

For larger parties there is an additional unit on the farm - The Cottage at Fairway Farm.

Easy access to all local golf courses, Pinehurst, Pine Needles, Mid Pines, Longleaf, Talamore and Foxfire. 45 minutes to Fort Liberty! Minutes to the Pottery Highway. Enjoy local breweries, wineries and our new local distillery.

Wonderful Stay at Fairway Farm

We were in West End for an event at Dormie golf club and couldn't have found a better location. The apartment was spotless, with so many extras including a welcome snack and beverages, robes and slippers, super shower, and comfy mattresses. The back porch looks out over the blueberry farm, and is so peaceful and quiet. Wonderful owners were very communicative. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

All around wonderful experience. Charming rental. Description was totally accurate. Nicest owners ever stocked our fridge with drinks and charcuterie. They are kind, friendly and easy. It was crazy hot when we were there and the AC works great and the pool was lovely. It's a perfect place to stay for a golf tournament. It is SO CLOSE to course 8 and all of Pinehurst. Do not hesitate to book here. It was perfect for our family.

This is a beautiful property with modern amenities.

Calm, quiet and tranquil yet close to just about everything good in Moore County. Three of our children and two of our grandchildren live here so it’s a wonderful place for all of us to gather. The ambiance is beautiful here. The barn and surrounding woods makes a great backdrop for pictures. When the opportunity presents itself, we will be back!

A Sweet Spot!

The property was as described and perfectly clean and well appointed. The owners had placed snacks, drinks and even homemade blueberry salsa fresh from their blueberry farm just outside the back door! Mike and Karen were gracious hosts; easy to communicate with and we so enjoyed our getaway! Thank you to both of them!

Outstanding

The Red Barn at Fairway Farms is so perfect. It feels like home away from home but with comfier beds! The entire place was spotless and the hosts were so gracious. They even left us a beautiful charcuterie board that included their award winning blueberry jam! Since we arrived two days after Christmas it was still decorated. So we pulled up to the front gate lined with festive lights and a mini Christmas tree in both bedrooms! We were visiting family so will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Over the top host and hostess with attention to every detail. Karen and Mike went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. This property is lovely, peaceful and a short distance to the Pinehurst courses an all the other area courses. Also an abundance of wonderful places to eat. Beautiful location and amazing hosts

I stay here each time I’m near Pinehurst or Jackson Springs. The hosts are fantastic and provide so many nice touches that feel like home. They have great snacks upon arrival, and offer breakfast on Saturday. There is room to play with your pup on the amazing grounds of the blueberry farm. My pup actually squeals and whines when we pull into the driveway he loves it so much. The road is perfect for an after dinner stroll, and there are State and local parks for hiking about 20 minutes away. They also have another cottage that doesn’t permit pets if that is your preference. Highly recommend this!!!!

Perfect near Pinehurst

The location and lodging were perfect for our family. The Barn had a fantastic Jack-and-Jill bathroom making getting ready a breeze. It was only us this weekend and my pup had plenty of room to play ball. The Barn at Fairway Farm is located on a dead end road so it’s peaceful and nice to walk the road after dinner. The host was extremely friendly and provided such a warm welcome with a charcuterie plate, water, and a couple of our favorite beverages. They also provided a scrumptious breakfast on Saturday. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. If you have a pup you must check this one out.

Perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here. Karen and her husband went absolutely above and beyond from asking us what we like to drink, having a charcuterie board ready for us, a few extra snacks, breakfast etc. Breakfast each morning was incredibly delicious! Having the charcuterie board was the perfect snack after a long day of walking the golf course! Everything was so clean, they even came a day into our stay to turn down the beds. When we were leaving they told us not to worry about putting the towels anywhere to stripping the beds down and said to just enjoy the rest of our time at their place. We will definitely be coming back and will recommend this to our friends!
