I think they need rugs for a warmer feeling and the kitchen could be better stocked with new matching glassware, dishes, cutlery, knives and condiments, napkins. More space for clothes is needed, bureau was full of sheets for next guests, no hangers in closet that was already full. I couldn’t tell if dishwasher was clean or dirty so I left it alone, it should have been empty when I got there. Very very convenient location.

Such a cute cottage in a nice area. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. This was so much better than staying at a local hotel. We hope to return in the near future!

Great weekend stay

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and love that we were able to bring our 2 dogs along as well. The property is beautiful and conveniently located, and the guest house was spacious, clean, and private. Host was very friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting with him as well!

Wonderful location, easy communication, extremely comfortable property. We were able to easily access a number of restaurants or cook full meals in the cottage. WiFi was unreliable but our hot spots worked great (we were trying to vacation and not work so didn’t need the WiFi).

Great location and charming guest house

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed (except the WiFi wasn’t working but we lived without it). The location was great. Very close to our friends and the golf courses we were playing.

Short vaca

This little cottage is a gem. It's the perfect size, and location is great. Your close to everything but surrounded by trees so you feel it's secluded. Allen is a great host and excellent communication. The pool is a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a cool property, but it’s been neglected. Needs TLC. Pictures don’t reflect current condition.Room was clean but…Several items need to be refreshed and restocked. Linens need to be replaced! We had one bath towel and no hand or wash towels. We had to use beach towels. There was no soap provided in the bathroom except for an open bar of soap in the shower. No shampoo or dishwasher soap. The place has great potential but in its current condition I wouldn’t stay again.

If I needed to escape again in an adorable spot with great wi-fi, a couple of friendly dogs and a place to clear my mind near great golf - this is the lace to go. The pool was refreshing and the get away was a slice of heaven. Thank you Alan!

Check in was great. Location is safe and the property is beautiful. Pool house was done very well. Everything you need and more. Just like the title says, it was clean and quiet, which is what we were looking for. Host was responsive, but let us alone to enjoy the property. We would definitely book again!
