Welcome to our cute and cozy lake getaway! Here you’ll be welcomed by a third floor, three bedroom, two bath relaxing waterfront escape nestled in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. Don’t be surprised once you step inside this very inviting getaway that you’ll never ever want to leave. 😊

Our home away from home is located just off of Highwway 54, minutes away from Margaritaville. It is also literally just minutes away from The Landing on Main street that has adorable shops and boutiques. The Osage Beach Premium Outlets, spectacular golf courses, Jolly Mon indoor water park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Jetz Trampoline Park as well as miniature golf and go cart tracks for the kiddos. Too many wonderful restaurants to count. Some of our favorites are Tucker Shuckers, Backwater Jacks, Redhead Yacht Club, Pappa Chubby’s, Paradise, Ozark Distillery, Landshark… See??? TOO MANY... Soooo much amazing food. The complex also offers tennis courts for you athletic types. :) You're completely welcome to fish from the docks and the walkway around the water. We absolutely love our lake getaway and we hope you do too!

Guests, this condo comes completely ready to rent. All you need is food, beverages of choice, clothes and your preferred toiletries. ENJOY!!! 👙🩳🕶🌞🎣⛳️🛶⛵️🚤⚓️🏖

A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, seating for ten people and the cutest coffee bar you ever did see because COFFEE IS LIFE! ♥️☕️♥️ Enjoy a hot cup of coffee (coffee and creamer on site) out on the patio in the morning while taking in the lake views. Or a cocktail, we don’t judge. It’s YOUR vacation. 😉

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, an electric fireplace for those chilly winter nights and a private bathroom.

One guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the other offers a twin over queen bunk and a twin over twin bunk. One has an attached full bathroom.

There is an electric fireplace for added ambience in the living room underneath the 70" 4k display w/ soundbar for those movie nights in.

A washer and dryer are available just off of the kitchen. (Laundry pods and fabric softener on site.)

Wifi is available throughout the condo.

Breakwater Bay amenities include a lakeside pool and playground and a tennis court. There is parking for two vehicles.

Port of Indecision Marina at Margaritaville offers boat rentals and overnight covered dock slips for rent. A three minute drive by land and ten by water, from the condo.

Must be 25 or older to rent.

Check-In 4:00 PM, Check-Out 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Early check-in can be available for a fee of $50.

Although we love four legged family, Please NO Pets. The association does not allow pets with renters.

Absolutely no Bachelorette or Bachelor parties.
