Beautiful view from this Lakefront Home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, additional bunk beds & 1 well concrete private dock. Located at 10MM in the same cove as Franky & Louie's. Have fun with the provided kayaks, fish off dock, or relax at the fire pit. House features a 3 seasons room, updated bathrooms, stocked kitchen, smart TVs for you to login to your streaming services, and a free, old-school arcade. Bring your four-legged friend with additional fees (see "the space" section for details).
The house is located in Lynch Hollow Cove off the 10MM with deep water allowing year-round use.
The main level offers an open kitchen, dining/living area, laundry room, bathroom, and master bedroom with queen bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You will also find a 3 seasons room that is the perfect place for dinners/game night with the family.
The lower level offers another 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a second full updated bathroom, and the large utility room/arcade which offers another twin over full bunk and our home arcade. Televisions in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. All bedrooms have a television, but we do not provide services or cable.
Outside, you will find an upper level deck with propane grill as well as a lower level concrete patio. A set of stairs will take you down to our firepit and lounging area and 1 well concrete dock for your water toys and swimming fun. If you are bringing a boat, we recommend bringing plenty of bumpers as there is not a lift and we are just outside the no-wake portion of our cove where the waves can get a little bumpy during peak times.
You will be close to the popular spots, including Frankie & Louie's and Shawnee Bend Access (boat ramp). Woods supermarket is nearby for all of your grocery needs. There is also plenty of parking as we have a carport and off-street parking at the end of a dead-end gravel road.
We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 3). We provide one large sized dog kennel located in the arcade room for you to use. Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional nightly fee of $20/night/pet with a max of $100/pet. Because Airbnb doesn't allow flexibility in pricing and we know that plans change, this fee is charged two days prior to your stay and is NOT included in the original booking amount. We just like to be as transparent as possible ahead of time.
You have access to the entire house except a couple hall closets which are locked. Everything else is at your disposal.
Please contact us for any needs that you have. We have a self-check-in process but will be available for contact at any point.

You must be 25 years or older in order to rent this home.
