There is also a utility room with washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, broom), if needed.

The kitchen has access to the balcony with table and chairs. Warm sea breezes greet the balcony and you will enjoy watching wildlife in your backyard, from strolling deer to frolicking dolphins swimming in the distance. 1907 South Beach Club offers a unique private staircase off the balcony which conveniently ushers you to the South Beach Club pool (for your use) and private beach access.
