Living room with seating for 7+; 50" smart TV ready for your favorite streaming channels. Kitchen with peninsula seating for three: Fully stocked with full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher + dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and more! Bonus items include coffee, seasonings, etc. to make the space feel more like home.
Dining area: Seating for four, sliding door walks out to the patio and backyard

Play area has rubber mulch for added safety and the treehouse has electricity should your younger one's be up for a 'camp out.'

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the home including the front of the home (featuring a front deck), interior of the home and the patio/backyard space. There is an attached single car garage, however it is NOT accessible to guests. Driveway can accommodate two standard sized vehicles. Our house is on a corner lot, so there is plenty of street parking as well.
