Great place to stay with fantastic views of the city. The home was very comfortable and close to hospitals, which was extremely convenient for us. The host Cody is very kind and helpful by answering any questions we had. He went above and beyond with our booking when some scheduling conflicts came up suddenly. If we’re in Rapid City again, this place would be our first choice!

The house was in great condition. The location is convenient to what ever one would want. Certainly would stay here again if in Rapid City vicinity. We especially enjoyed the reclining sofa in the living room.

The Overlook was a fantastic place to stay for our South Dakota 'Road Trip'. The home provided all the space we needed for the 6 of us, was clean and well-stocked, and centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. We very much enjoyed the comfort, location and views here! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean! We sat on n the balcony each night overlooking the lights! And each day we traveled to the sites all around us! We didn’t have children with us but it is a perfect set up for multi family or multiple ages.

The home was great, as was the host. Cody communicated throughout the stay promptly answering my every question. The fam loved the space. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I was surprised the bathrooms had everything including soap/shampoo which you don't get in all homes. Overall a perfect 5 star stay. Would happily stay here again.

House is perfect location for all you want to do in the Black Hills. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Lots seating area for meals. Down stairs is great for grown kids or second family, I would suggest owner puts in coffee bar and small refrigerator in the lower level. Upstairs deck if wonderful wine and fire pit. Host has done a good job to make if vacation friendly

Clean and comfortable
