The Space:
This spacious 3 bedroom (plus bonus bunk area), 3 bath home is perfect for mid-sized group, 2 families, etc. The home will comfortably sleep 6 adults, with room for two additional children. Upon entering the home, head up stairs to the main living area. Here you will find a very open living/dining area and a gourmet kitchen, all with incredible views of the Atlantic. The living room has a large sectional sofa and two comfy swivel chairs that offer plenty of seating for everyone. There is a wall mounted TV in the living room, just above the decorative fireplace. Bring your favorite vino! There is a small dry-bar with overhead wine storage for your reds, and a refrigerated wine cooler in the kitchen for your whites! The dining table seats 8 comfortably, and overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, K-Cup coffee maker, and anything else you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. Off of the living room is an oceanfront balcony with seating and a table for enjoying lunch by the ocean.
On the main level, you’ll find the master bedroom. It is bright and airy and has a welcoming queen bed. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a dresser, ceiling fan and closet. The bedroom has views of the ocean and a sliding glass door that leads out the beach front deck. The en-suite bathroom features his-and-hers sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
On the middle level of the house is the 2nd bedroom. It has a queen bed, TV, dresser, and a closet. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with another queen bed, TV and bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also on the bottom floor is an open room with a built in twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for teens or kids. There is also a desk in this room, in case you feel the need to check emails while on vacation.
On the lower level you will find the large back deck. You’re sure to spend plenty of time here. The Trex decking is comfortable on bare feet, with no splinters! The deck spans the width of the house. About a third of it is screened in, providing a cool, shaded area to escape the heat and any bugs that may be visiting. The open area of the deck is loaded with furniture. We have several recliners, two of which are swings, Adirondack chairs, a gas fire table, and an inviting hot tub! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off that salt and sand. The beach is just a few steps down from the deck!
The beach here is very quiet and serene. The lack of public beach access locations results in a very private beach that feels like it is all your own. Walks along the beach are enjoyable as you may find sharks teeth, sand dollars, sea glass and more. If you’d like to spend some time off the beach, historic St. Augustine is just 10 minutes away. Here you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, tours, and more. If you would like access to a pool, our guests have the option to pay for a temporary membership to the Serenata Beach Club. Here, they have two pools, fitness center, fine and casual dining, as well as a kids’ center.
