Nur einen Steinwurf von den Hauptattraktionen von Disney, Universal und Sea World entfernt befindet sich unsere wundervolle Familienvilla, die vor kurzem im Jahr 2005 gebaut wurde. Sie werden von einer großartigen Villa mit allen modernen Geräten profitieren, die nach den höchsten Spezifikationen ausgeführt wurden. Neben einem familiengroßen Pool mit Whirlpool erwartet Sie eine große Poolterrasse mit einem schattigen Essbereich, der mit Liegestühlen, bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Esstisch ausgestattet ist.

Die geschlossene Gemeinde Mission Park bietet Sicherheit und liegt nur wenige Minuten vom neuen Entwicklungsgebiet Cagan's Crossing entfernt, in dessen Nähe sich eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants befindet. Egal, ob Sie gerne Golf spielen, bis zum Umfallen shoppen oder die Parks besuchen, wir sind in der idealen Lage.

Unsere Garage bietet Tischtennis und Darts für Familienspaß. Unsere voll ausgestattete offene Küche öffnet sich zu einer ungezwungenen Essecke mit einer Theke, die sich ideal für ungezwungene Mittagessen und Frühstück eignet. Sämtliches Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden. Die Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich in einem großen Schrank direkt neben dem Hauptküchenbereich. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Unser separater formeller Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen und überblickt die Vorderseite der Villa. Der Tisch bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen. Das Familienzimmer öffnet sich durch Terrassentüren auf die Terrasse und den Poolbereich. Zwei bequeme Sofas, die sich bei Bedarf in ein Bett verwandeln lassen, sowie bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und hochwertige Möbel. Für Unterhaltung sorgen Kabel-TV, DVD-Player, Playstation oder einfach nur entspannende Musik.

Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Kabel-TV, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool.

Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Queen-Bett, wieder Kabel-TV und ist zu einem hohen Standard eingerichtet, die Zweibettzimmer haben 2 Einzelbetten in jedem Zimmer haben alle Kabel-TV. Die Mission Park Community bietet einen Gemeinschaftspool und einen Kinderspielplatz nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Sheets were nasty with dog hair ! Called Jessica and she came to confront me that sheets were washed ! Obviously they not ! I had to show her stains on others bed sheets ! She was very rude about it and kept saying she had just washed them ! Master shower is full of mold ! The return looks as if it hasn’t been changed in months ! Black dust coming out of some of the vents on ceiling. One of the pillows on master bed looked as if came from a dog pin ! Showed her and again said she had just washed it ! If owner would like to see I have pictures !

Amazing Home

This home was gorgeous, it was set up perfect! Alot better than expected for the price. The only thing was we sleep with our air at home at 62f and it only allows you to turn the air down to 72f so it was a little hot for us, but over all this house was amazing and so was the property manager. She also allowed us to get in early that was a huge help since we brove in from a little over 15 hrs. away through the night. It was equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again!

Family trip to Florida

House was great equipped with everything you need for cooking ( even though we did none we could have) there was toys for the kids,pack and play for the baby,great pool, weather was perfect.Not that far from the attractions.Had a great vacation!would have been better if hurricane Milton hadn't delayed our departure from home by three Would definitely stay there again

We had a great time! Large home in a quiet neighborhood, in a less crowded area but close enough for all the attractions the area has to offer. Our children enjoyed the large private pool as well! Definitely 5 stars from us!

This place is really nice it’s fully stocked with everything you would need including a cork screw. the rooms are a good size and the pool is nice my kids enjoyed their time in it. the main reason for the knock down is the water, the beds and the ac. the house was very warm it doesn’t go lower than 72 degrees it was 85 outside so it would have been great to have the house cooler and to sleep comfortably at night. next is the water the shower pressure is nice but it doesn’t get hot I had the dial turned all the way to stop and it didn’t get hot, the jacuzzi tub has black stuff coming out of the pipes and the hot water still isn’t hot so a nice soak was a bust. then the jacuzzi only has one working jet the others didn’t work and then reading the other reviews apparently it only gets to 85 degrees so I was glad to not have paid for it as I like a jacuzzi at 104 degrees that’s the normal setting for hotels and other houses I’ve stayed at. the beds aren’t great but they aren’t too horrible we were there for a week and by the third night my back was really bothering me so that sucked. the owners were very responsive and left a very nice bottle of red wine that was greatly appreciated as we didn’t get in til midnight the first night wine at the end of a long travel day was really nice.

Great getaway!

Loved our stay! The house and pool were spotless, the mangement very responsive and accomodating. Will definately stay there again. Only "issue" we had was a little difficulty getting our child's wheelchair into the bedroom (awkward angle for a wheelchair) but we made it work. Only suggestion is an outdoor patio heater for chilly nights.

Family holiday

Villa was clean and extremely comfortable with really nice and interesting decor. Very spacious areas and everything you need for a family holiday. Pool and covered area next to it were well used with the grandkids loving the pool and the floats from the garage. And the adults loving the comfy loungers and the seats in the pool to cool down. The host Jessica was brilliant responding promptly to any questions and sorting out any issues.

Surprisingly Impressive – The Pictures Undersell It

We were genuinely surprised by how much better the house was in real life than in the photos. From the moment we arrived, after a long journey with children, we felt completely welcome and at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and more than just a place to stay – it truly felt like a home.The beds were comfortable and in excellent condition, which made a big difference after a day of travel or exploring the area. Everything we needed as a family was available, and the home is perfectly suited for children of any age – from toddlers to teenagers.Another great plus is the location: it's close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences, yet still peaceful and relaxed. We also discovered several lesser-known but really fun activities in the area – perfect for families looking to do something a bit different from the usual tourist spots.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay

Overall the property was excellent for our needs. We were in town for a cheerleading competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The location is perfect for Disney activities a 30 min commute to the Disney complex. The house has everything you needed. Close to a grocery store and Walmart and gas stations. We had our parents who are in their late 60’s with minor mobility issues and the property was perfect. Would stay there again if in the area

Great house! Very cozy & comfortable. The pool was a great temperature in July but I think it might be considered cold in the winter months. We are a family of 7 and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s a half hour drive to Disney parking and an hour to the airport. The temperature lowers to 72 but the ceiling fans really helped to distribute the air well. Jessica had GREAT communication.The only weird things during our stay were:1. The TV in the living room would turn off randomly and there were blue/green lights on the screen that made the coloring off a little bit.2. It would have been nice to list some of the house idiosyncrasies. Like how to use the jet tub, how to use the jets in the spa outside, Where the WiFi information is located, The blinds In the living room don’t lower, etc.We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
