The Space:

Soleil Levant, a high-end villa, opens onto a vast and bright living area featuring a spacious lounge equipped with a large TV, a piano, and comfortable sofas, all offering breathtaking views of the sea over which the house proudly stands.



Continuing on, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, followed by a convivial dining area, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. This is followed by a winter lounge designed as a true cocoon of comfort and well-being, offering a warm, soft and enveloping atmosphere, perfect for relaxation in every season. A first bathroom is also available, particularly convenient after swimming, with a comfortable shower.



The ground floor also features a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, mirror and WC). The bedroom, like most rooms in the house, offers spectacular views over the sea and the Bay of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue.



Upstairs, you will find a first family suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a single bed for a child, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, mirror and WC. The second suite offers a queen-size bed and a single bed for a child, along with its own fully equipped private bathroom.



The upper floor is completed by a dedicated workspace area, featuring a small desk, a chaise lounge, and a softly lit atmosphere, ideal for rest and concentration.



Outside, the property offers ample parking, a large sea-facing terrace with several lounge and dining areas, as well as a swimming pool providing an exceptional setting for relaxation, leisure, and swimming, with the open horizon over the sea.

Other Things to Note:

Bed linen is included in the rental, with beds made upon arrival, as well as two bath towels and one hand towel per guest. A starter set of basic consumables is also provided for your arrival.



The use of the swimming pool and outdoor areas is subject to full acceptance of the house rules and is undertaken at the guests’ own risk and responsibility.



The living areas, one bedroom, and two bathrooms are all located on the ground floor and easily accessible on one level.
