CASA-Papillon is an extremely elegant and spacious retreat with beautiful views over the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Hills. Blending comfort, style, and privacy, the villa features four bedrooms, a private saltwater pool with safety alarm, several outdoor and indoor living areas, a pétanque court, an oasis on the French Riviera.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160 × 200), two of which benefit from private en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom can be arranged with either twin beds (90 × 190), or a king-size bed (160 × 200) upon request, and also includes an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a television and has access to a private balcony, terrace, or outdoor space.

The open-plan living space features comfortable seating, TV, and a dining area, with large sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar, American-style fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and direct access to the covered terrace and outdoor dining area. A separate library and entertainment area provides additional space to relax or work.

For additional flexibility, the property also includes an independent apartment on the lower garden level. This self-contained space features a library and office area with a desk, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a shower room, and direct access to a private terrace. A spacious laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities is also located on this level.

Designed for outdoor living, the villa features spacious sun terraces, shaded lounge areas, and landscaped Mediterranean gardens. A covered dining area with a Weber gas barbecue makes al fresco meals easy, while the pool house offers a bar, shower, WC, and additional dining space. Guests can also enjoy a pétanque court with a seating area overlooking the surrounding scenery.

High-speed Starlink internet, air conditioning throughout the villa, Netflix-enabled televisions in every bedroom, and modern conveniences ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

Ideally located for exploring the French Riviera, the villa is approximately 10 km from Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Saint-Raphaël and their beaches, 15 km from city center Cannes, 75 km from Saint-Tropez, 44 km from Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and 76 km from Monaco. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately 43 km away

Please note that while children are welcome, the property is situated on a hillside and includes several staircases and different levels, which may require supervision for younger children.

The villa offers private parking for three cars of which one in the garage.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in your stay.
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplementary fee of fifty euros per animal per stay
Check in happens as of 4 p.m., a late check-in fee of one hundred euros applies to arrivals after 8:00 PM

The neighbor-properties are close, hence parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
